The Vineyard in Redding is a Gated Community for senior residents 55 and over. This neighborhood includes single family detached homes in a very nice and unique setting in Redding. Two private lakes are the highlight of this community with walking trails that surround them on all sides. The Vineyard has fountains spraying from the center of the lakes.
Shasta Hills Estates in Redding is a Private 55 and over senior Gated Community with a very convenient location to the major shopping areas. The Shasta Hills Estates clubhouse is seen here from the hillside above shows the pool, spa, picnic areas, and horseshoe pit. A large area to play in for when the grand kids are visiting.
Paris Park is a Private Gated Community located in the heart of Redding CA. The community is open to those who are 55 and above. You'll find this community has a terrific central location near the Sacramento River plus the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Arboretum. This cozy community includes 52 homes.

Eric helped us through the sale of a difficult property that we inherited. There were many moving parts and each one proved challenging. Eric was available on very short notice because the agent we had lined up fell through. We where here from out of state on a 3 day house hunting trip so it was urgent we see houses. Well next day we found our house and put in the offer. 30 days later we closed with ease. Eric was very prompt at getting all inspections lined up and getting all paperwork to the proper people in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of comparable prices In the area as well as where to get a great burger.
