Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Can't rate the actual apartment, because even after confirming a viewing date, they seem absolutely disinterested and reluctant to show the unit and move ahead. Not sure if they don't want people of certain nationality as their tenants. Extremely unresponsive and uncooperative. Good thing that I'm not leasing from them.

I lived in Chester Plaza for the past year in a one bedroom. My unit was a corner unit on the 4th floor with tons of light and was a perfect, pretty quiet spot. The unit has an updated kitchen and bathroom, too. Maintenance was always responsive when needed (they went out of their way to help me with installation of my AC units during move in which was so appreciated) and the building was upkept nicely - never any problems living here. It's in a great location - close to Clark Park (Saturday farmers market!), lots of free parking around, right on the corner of the 13 trolley stop (quick to get

I used to live in the Netherlands. I recently moved because I was relocated but ever since the new Managment started the building has been running great. Overall it’s a great place to live if you go to school or if you work in the area. They have free street parking and The new manager, Tommy is always there when you need him. I will definitely miss this place.
