Bin 26 Enoteca is a Beacon Hill neighborhood restaurant with a seasonally driven menu and wine list. Bin 26 Enoteca boasts an international wine list with over sixty wines by glass and over two hundred wines by bottles. Guests can simply drop in for an informal dish of pasta or more formal, multi-course, haute cuisine.
En-oh-TECK-a, a common term used mostly in Italy, refers to a place where one can find simple foods to accompany the wines served there. At Bin 26 Enoteca, we offer a menu designed for snacking and sharing, or a full meal. And oh boy, do we have a wine list too. As part of our mission, we vow to support small family-run farms in New England and around the world.

The term enoteca has several definitions- wine shop, wine bar, and wine library, among others. But at Bin 26 Enoteca, it also means a place to share in the pure enjoyment of wine, and the pleasure of pairing it with food - which is prepared very simply, to allow the honesty of the ingredients to come through.
It is our great pleasure to announce Bin 26 Enoteca's first in-person wine dinner in what feels like ages. We will be doing a targeted investigation into one of Burgundy's great mysteries, variations in limestone, and what that means for the wines themselves. Briefly on the estate: Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy's largest landowners making it one of the largest producers by sheer volume and holdings.

We had a wonderful dinner, I could eat here every night. Our appetizer was pears wrapped in prosciutto, with a bit of balsamic and some Gorgonzola on it. We sampled two pasta dishes, both different than the usual fare. Mine had cocoa pasta with mushrooms, al dente, loaded with good cheese. Desserts were marvelous. My Pinot noire was very good, and comes in multiple serving sizes.

Our waitress was super nice and the outdoor seating was lovely. Food was pretty slow to come out (on a Wednesday night) as the kitchen was backed up, but that’s normal these days with COVID. The pastas were good, although the scallop one could have used a bit less onion and a bit more something else. Not sure what, but it just didn’t feel worth the price. Overall nice experience and I’m sure we’ll be back. Thanks!

Waitress with black hair and glasses is a terrible waitress. Very rude and not helpful in the slightest. Meals were wrong. Had hairs in my sandwich. Didn't get our drinks until after we finished our meals. Menu also just doesn't even work and none of the waiters had any idea what to do. Just an awful place in general and food isn't even good. Don't ever come here

Came in 30min before closing. They were friendly and double checked for us to see if we can at least still place a dessert order. To our surprise we were able to order dessert and we were recommended the chocolate mousse, which we also recommend to others. A very light dessert that killed that sweet craving. Very nice ambiance and selection of wine! Looking forward to try more.

The 4 of us really enjoyed our (indoor) dinner here in August. Wish I could remember what the main courses were, but what I remembered the most were the desserts - really fabulous. And we tried all of them. Tiramisu (tons of flavor & smooth), Chocolate Chip Cannoli (country like, strong flavor) and the chocolate mousse was rich! Pairing those with a dry Riesling (a tad sweet) was perfect. We had a service issue and the owner took ownership of the problem and fixed it - always a very good sign. Look forward to returning next trip to Boston and this wonderful neighborhood.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN OK EXPENSIVE MEAL AND AWFUL SERVICE. I have never in my life had a Yelp account. I have made one only with the express purpose of leaving Bin 26 oteca restaurant a review. This restaurant was incredibly rude, un-accommodating, and unwelcoming. I only hope that this restaurant can come to welcome people from different backgrounds and ethnicities. I say this because for a hot second I thought I was going to be Karen'd into having the police called on me. Let me start off by saying that the server that personally served me was nice enough. That said the owner

Fantastic experience! They have great house wine and priced well. We started with the bruschetta and it was fresh and delightful. My mother had the spinach and ricotta ravioli while I had the pappardelle. The pasta is so fresh and cooked to perfection! We ended with tiramisu with espresso ice cream. Wow, such a wonderful dinner and our server Rachael was so welcoming , informative, and attentive. Thank you for a great evening!

Their wine is not bad but the food is underwhelming. The dishes' color was appetizing, ingredients combination was appealing, but the taste is just not there. It's rather disappointing since it looks so good but tastes mediocre. It's not terrible if you're spontaneously looking for a place outdoor to have a bite and a glass of wine, very casually.
Ps. They will move you around when you already settled down and have drinks on the table because they are trying to fit more people.

I was spending time with my daughter in Boston this weekend. We went to dinner here since we had been here 5 years ago. As soon as we sat down we were concerned with some Covid distance regs not being met. Our waitress came over and was somewhat abrasive in her approach making us feel pressured and rushed to make decisions about what we were drinking and ordering. We opened up the online menu, which was not appropriately sized to fit the screen leaving price out of the frame. My daughter had two specific wines she wanted to try, neither of which was available (which was not disclosed up

Ugh. I'm so disappointed after leaving this place. I'm
In town visiting Boston for the first time and I chose this place because it had good reviews. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. I sat at the bar, the service was so poor. I mean, the place wasn't even that busy and I had to raise my hand to just get served wine or place an order- every time. They were too busy cleaning the wine glasses or putting them in the tray, when I was clearly sitting there with an empty glass for several minutes. No one asked how my food was- nothing. I don't know if the place just opened or

I stumbled upon this place and I decided to give it a try, because a Butternut Squash Risotto was advertised on the special board outside. After I sat at the bar and ordered it, I was informed it was sold out. At 12.30 pm, in a fairly empty restaurant... They must have had only a few portions. The outside board should have been updated. I opted for a Linguini w/ Asparagus Sauce which was fantastic. Small portion, but enough. I ordered a Lemon Lime soda (they don't have Coke products). But the $6 charge for a small bottled soda was a punch in the stomach when I saw it on my check. Bartender

Solid italian restaurant which is good for a romantic date or special occasion. Service was average to slow as there seemed to only be 1 waitress working although there were multiple workers there.
1. Eggplant appetizer - 4.5/5. Delicious! Not much sauce but full of flavor. Came with 3 pieces.
2. Mushroom pasta - 4/5. Hints of alcohol here with the pasta al dente. There were a bunch of mushrooms in the dish which was nice.
3. Pannacotta dessert - 3.5/5. Average. Good consistency and taste with the raspberry drizzle.
Overall, this was good at least once and I recommend it for locals and travelers

Not recommended!! Place gets 2 stars because it looks really nice inside. Need to improve customer service skills. Came here with a group of friends and we did not enjoy the treatment. Food was not bad but it isn’t really worth it. Military and veterans do not receive discounts in this place (this didn’t affect the number of stars given).
