Sadly I left my divorce without even my own clothing because my lawyer, Buck, completely turned against me last minute. He was given all the information he needed to win my case but never put time in to actually look at it. I lost everything thanks to choosing this law firm for my divorce. Please be careful if this is who you’re considering!!! I’d give zero stars if it were an option.

Do not trust this firm it took 10 months for him to tell me he wasn’t gonna continue w my case unless I paid him the remaining balance when I had already given him $2250 & he had done NOTHING for me he promised me my trailer & my back CS & failed both wanted to attend a final hearing when he had no answers from my ex husband’s attorney,nvr answered his phone or messages,missed several court hearings & nvr made me aware of the dates,please do not waste ur money w David Rodriguez he’s horrible he took money from me that I work supper hard for only to get burned by him& he didn’t even feel

I called looking for help getting custody orders for my two children. As soon as I called I got a meeting. I hired David Rodriguez after I had a issue with my daughter. He helped manage my CPS case and Felony Case, he was very helpful. I was able to reach him anytime I had questions. He is very knowledgeable on family law, CPS, and Felony cases. He explained everything to me in great detail so I was knew what I was looking at.

Everyone in the office, which includes Carlos their server, is very nice and they put you at ease when you talk to them. It can be a very stressful situation but they have a calming way about them that carries over which is nice. If I ever had a question, someone was always there to help me. I was referred to Mr. Kell who handled my divorce and child custody case. I must admit, however, that Mr. Kell took it when the default temporary orders AND a restraining order had already been in place against me, as my spouse had taken away everything from me, including little children, property and left me with nothing, having had destroyed my integrity, credibility and reputation. It was a MESS and a nightmare!
I will agree with the previous reviews - Orlando really does fight for you in court like a pitbull. It’s such a pleasure watching him perform in court in front of the judge defending

The experience my daughter and I had was amazing. My daughter was accused of something she didn’t do. Buck Sralla read the police report and watched all videos and determined quickly that my daughter was wrongfully accused. He went right to the DA to present the evidence and my daughters charges were dropped. He did not give up until he was able to prove my daughters innocence.
