Our goal in starting Rack House fitness was quite simply to change people's lives and help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Rack House Fitness is a full-service performance facility with CrossFit, Endurance, Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, Kids & Teens and Seniors classes. Our coaches are relentless in the pursuit of assisting others in exceeding their own expectations of themselves and realize their potential.

CrossFit at its core is a strength and conditioning program that delivers broad, general and inclusive workouts. CrossFit emphasizes functional movements that you perform in everyday life through varying intensity and movements. It is a community of diverse athletes from all ages and with varied skills.
Experience camaraderie and team-building in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment. Our teen athletes spend time building strength and speed with a concentration on technically sound movement, increasing their athletic ability as well as their confidence. Our coaches are certified in youth strength conditioning and speed work.
This class is perfect for the barbell lover who wants to dig deeper into proper form, mobility, and learn what it takes to move weight more efficiently. It's an opportunity to focus on proper lifting technique, positioning, flexibility, and be immersed in a fun, energetic, and positive training environment.
A fundamentals program allowing additional time during class for coaching and skill development. Our fundamentals program is designed primarily for beginners, providing a challenging workout, while allocating additional time during class for coaching and skill development.

Rack House is a great place to get fit. Top notch coaches with an amazing community. The owners really take pride in the gym. The facilities are clean and all of the equipment works! The coaches really get to know you as an athlete and are incredibly supportive and friendly. Doesn't matter where you are as an athlete. The coaches are able to scale the workout or challenge you so you will feel amazing after every class.

I’ve been a member of Rackhouse Fitness since its opening and I have loved every minute of it. The coaching is top-notch and the community that they have put together is amazing. The Crossfit classes are challenging, yet scalable for all levels and I always leave the gym feeling very accomplished and proud. I also signed up for the last session of Olympic Weightlifting. I’ve always been slightly intimidated with weightlifting, yet working weekly with a coach and hearing specific feedback and working thru a program that is based off my own percentages, I feel much more comfortable lifting that

This gym is more than anyone could wish for. They have a variety of classes and are also a state of the art CrossFit facility. The more than you could hope for comes from the gyms leadership and community. The coaching and community are beyond welcoming making it easy to walk in and get started. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful, you won't want to leave. I'd give it more stars if Yelp would let me.

I joined Rack House Fitness during Covid. The classes were held via Zoom. The first class was tough, but something made me come back for more, and I have been coming back for more for the past four months! What made me come back? Mia and Susan. They are so knowledgable, caring, and consistent. They have scaled the workouts for me as i do not have much in the way of equipment at home. Scaling does not translate to "easier". The workouts are challenging and every day is different. I am also probably several decades older than most of the athletes i see in the gym, but I still feel like I belong in

I joined Rack House Fitness about a month ago to stay in shape over my school break and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my experiences so far! I am a current college rower and became interested in CrossFit a few months ago because of the variety of challenges found in the sport. Rack House has all of the equipment I could ever need to improve as a rower and in CrossFit. Beyond the equipment, it is the coaches and staff here who truly made this gym special for me. I cannot say enough positive things about Rackhouse! When I moved to Stoneham in August 2019, I was on the lookout for my new gym spot. I had never tried CrossFit before, but after trying their RackFit class, I was curious so I signed up. Let’s just say I never looked back! Mia and Susan are probably the best fitness coaches I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are attentive, genuinely interested in getting to know their members, and run a killer class. Lifting heavy weights can be scary and intimidating, but they make it fun and safe!

I joined Rack House Fitness a little over 4 months ago and I wouldn’t want to be at any other gym. Susan, Mia and the other coaches make you feel so welcomed. I joined without knowing a thing about CrossFit. I was very nervous to join at first but then noticed that the workouts they provide allows people of all fitness levels to participate. I also love how there are usually two coaches there. My first couple of weeks there either Susan or Mia would constantly show me how workouts are to be done and allowed me to go at my own paste - while the rest of the class continued with the regular work

I have been hearing such great things about Rack House and I finally was able to get in and check out one of their hustle classes. I used to be super active but after having my second child, I haven't really stuck with my fitness routine so I was a little nervous hoping I would be able to keep up and get through the workouts. Coach Susan and Coach Mia were both there during the class and everyone that was there was so supportive and so great.
