Getting approval and moving in was an incredibly smooth experience. Ashley is an amazing property manager and was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. Even assisted us in a couple of areas where we were either uninformed or unprepared.. Had one issue that required the help of the maintenance personnel, and they were extremely prompt and professional. The complex overall is quiet and even though it is a little older they maintain it well. So far living here has been a good experience and we are very comfortable here.

The manager was extremely rude. They pulled down boards on the fence between my property and theirs, then she told me it wasn’t in their budget to repair it this year. I called and reported them to City Hall, so they put up used boards to cover part of the gaps, but left several gaps at ground level of about 2 feet, so my dog can get out and all the skunks, raccoons, and opossums attracted to their nasty dumpster can just come on through the gaps rather than scaling the fence.

My husband and I recently went through a major transition in our lives. Me, being a polio survivor, and my husband dealing with various health issues made the transition very stressful for us both and quite a challenge! We are so thankful for the support that we have received from the apartment manager, Cheryl, and her staff, Kylie and Ashley as well as the maintenance staff here at Diamond Lakes Apartments. The assistance and support that we have received is definitely 5 star!

Maintenance is S-tier. The day we moved in, they checked in with us to ensure everything was copacetic. When they couldn't immediately fix one issue (the part had to come in) they stopped by to explain and offer what help they could give. I put in a ticket late one afternoon, and Paul was at my door within the hour. The guy works too hard, yet somehow remains a genial ball of friendliness. Really great place to live.

Diamond Lakes is a wonderful establishment for many reasons. But, foremost is the dedicated and courteous maintenance team. Paul and Allen both do a super job. Whether it is a big or small job, my issue is always taken care of quickly and professionally. To go along with their work skills, they always have a smile on their face and that is a plus.

I'm a resident and have had to file a report for repair on a few different occasions and every time I had to make a report within 24 hrs there technician Mr. Paul has knocked on the door to address the issue and has taken care of whatever needed to be repaired with a great attitude and very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and good at his job and did a great job explaining exactly what he had to do and why so that my wife and I could have peace of mind knowing that we wouldn't have anything to worry about anymore. All of the technicians seem to be very friendly and make sure to walk
