I want to give these guys a shout out. They diagnosed my car and told me how to proceed! I ended up towing it to the dealership for warranty reasons but they were with me every step of the way and checked on me even days later! Definitely recommend

First time customer at Bravo and not only did they solve my problem and fix the convertible hard top on my vw eos, their top notch level of customer service surprised me. Hands Down best experience i’ve ever had with any group of mechanics! Everyone knows mechanics don’t like dealing with hard top convertibles and i was turned away by multiple shops.. but the good reviews brought me to bravo and these guys aren’t no joke! Knowledgeable, Diligent, and Punctual are the qualities to expect when walking into this shop! I will only be coming back to Bravo for any of my vehicle repair needs! Matt

Matt and the team really earned my business. They have worked on my Porsche Cayman and my sons Audi A4 Cabriolet and saved me a lot of money. I have even referred them to the Exwife (lol) to take her Mercedes 500s to them the next time her car needs repair.

Do not trust this auto shop with your vehicle! I trusted Mark to stand by his word and install a genuine BMW part on my vehicle, not only did he replace the part with an unauthorized supplier to get the part cheaper so he can jack up the price for the customer, he also damaged my vehicle in the process causing my vehicle not to start 1 day after he "supposedly" repaired it.
The vehicle was brought back to him and he would take absolutely zero accountability, use every excuse to blame it on something else.

EXTREMELY HONEST shop. I had my neighborhood mechanic diagnose my Q5 (my bad, I know) and was under the impression it would be a $500-750 repair to fix the issue. I drop the vehicle off at Bravo4 and to my surprise, I was told it was a very SIMPLE FIX. Basically just an oil change. Honestly, Bravo4 could have went along with it and pocketed some extra cash, but kudos to the owner.
HIGHLY RECOMMED. Will be back for sure.

I have trust issues with auto repair shops for the fact that I really like my car, and I have had a nice so positive experience with other repair shops. However, this is now my trusted go to auto repair shop. I have brought my car here twice so far, and I have had nothing but two great experiences. Mark is honest, and will do his best to find you the best price on parts. He is thorough, and good about working you into his schedule last minute as he has done for me. I highly recommend Bravo for your car, especially if you love your car as much as I do!

This workshop is great they know exactly what they are doing on all German cars. I took my 2005 BMW X5 for repair, they replaced the outer radiator fan, the upper radiator hose and the 2 engine belts. Made apt. to drop off my car in the morning it was ready that evening as promised. The service price was very reasonable. They are professional, +friendly, especially Mark the Technical. I was given 12 months guarantee on the repair and parts.

I can not speak highly enough about this place and Marc as the owner. My son has an Audi A4 that needed several items done and Mark did them way under everyone else's cost in stellar fashion. I have MB ML 350 that he serviced below all costs as well and he performed work on my wife's car at a fraction of dealer cost and without a doubt better quality. On a lark, I made an appointment via the website. It was far too late on my part as it was made after store closing. On the off-chance that I would be seen at the requested time, I went to the shop. The street entrance is a bit tricky to find as both myself and the Uber driver missed it (three times for me versus his only one). That is no fault of the shop. I was greeted immediately once I pulled up. After I explained my appointment scenario, I was told that "Brunhildë" (2010 BMW 528i Xdrive) would be ready by the afternoon! I'm not big on writing reviews. I'm more of a read the reviews, then act. I called mark and got a quote. (Clutch and fuel injector replacement) Instantly I liked the price as I had called other places in town and they were considerably more costly. A few weeks later I brought the car in in the morning. The price hasn't changed, still kept his word from when we talked on the phone from before. He told me that the car would be taken care of by the end of the business day. Well sure enough, I get a call at 5:30pm saying that the car was ready for pickup! Just as promised. They close
