Trade Wind Apartments

My move in with Tradewinds apartments was great my apt was beautiful when I moved in. Management. was so helpful and great I will tell anyone to move in to Tradewinds apartments .

I’ve been calling for the past 4 days and cannot get no one to answer me , I event went around to the office and no one was there . I have been trying to become a new tenant to discuss the availability before I paid but I cannot reach anyone so this is a sign to avoid I guess .

It's cold at night right now. And they still don't turn on the heater because “ It's All Bills Paid apartment,” which doesn't make any sense. I paid the rent and I am suffering because of this cold weather.
But right now, I have to wear a jacket in my apartment. They don't care if you got sick because they didn't turn on the heater. They just want to save money.
If I get sick and cannot work, they need to pay my medical bill and my total loss.

Susana and the staff here at Tradewind Apartments are an awesome team. I moved here from Oklahoma with 3 kids the staff here were the only ones to give me and my family a chance with an eviction on my record they worked hard and vigorously to get us moved in and it worked. Since my family and I have been here here Susana and her staff have become like family to my family always respectful to my children and I Everytime I had an issue Susana and the staff here went far and beyond to rectify and situation that arose. It's hard to find genuine people these days but I'm blessed to say that I did at

Thanks to Yoselin for all her help in the front office. Me and my partner are happy at where we staying. Very friendly staff, would recommend this place.

I'm a resident for 8years in Tradewind apartment and the manager Susan has really made me feel comfortable and she goes an extra mile just to make sure I and my family are safe.

I recently got the key to my apartment. I was delighted when I moved in. The place is quiet , newly renovated, and the two bedroom is a great price. I lived here once before and came back . Susana , Elizabeth, and the other young lady in the office are very nice and always super helpful . You won’t be disappointed here .

The process was reasonable and went smoothly. Maria and Elizabeth in the front office are helpful and very friendly. I would recommend Tradewind Apartments to someone needing an apartment. The unit was very clean and we saw no bugs (which was important to us).
