Great shop with friendly staff, professional and very knowledgeable. Chris has gone above and beyond with not only performing the work correctly and following as close to OEM recommendations as possible to ensure top performance of my investment, but also in taking time to explain and show me the problems. I feel completely satisfied with the quality of work they do, on whatever job I need done. This is now my go to shop and I would recommend this shop to anyone and it is definitely a place you can count on doing the job right the first time.

My original request for a bid was very detailed regarding four issues in a 79 Mercedes 450 SL we felt had become unsafe to drive because of a steering issue. A second important issue was a power window that would no longer roll down.
Chris told me that he needed to do some research. I was pleasantly surprised by the see detailed response I received when he had done it, including a likely price range for repairs. He also included his shop's basic hourly rates and their policy regarding time spent analyzing a problem if you decided not to actually have the work done.

After the excellent service I received from the diagnostic, I returned to have the brakes done. Got to meet Chris, another nice guy. I hung out with he & Travis while they worked on brakes. They were very patient with my ?'s, never experienced that B4. Also had tires rotated. I was shocked to see how different the threads had worn. It really is important to rotate!! All I can say, EXCELLENT WORK, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
