This Machanic shop has been my go to for a few years now being in this area . Very professional, gets the job done they let you know what’s wrong they don’t just say more things are wrong to just get more money. To hey work around your schedule. They help you and are very affordable… Mark and his team have fixed my breaks for me ,routers , alignment , my headlights , just found out I was driving with no headlights jack got me in it wasn’t a easy fix on my lights. Took my car here after going to a different shop, the shop told me it would be a $1600 job for new Motor mounts. So I called around and came back to brake zone where they told me the motor mounts had no issues and it was a small fix to stop the noise from my car. No charge! They saved me 1600$ and were very honest and professional. Chris helped me out today thank you very much! We need more shops like them!

The estimate they gave was reasonable and I was able to get right in . They were pretty busy but got the job done in a timely manner and off I went. The other place I normally go really gave me a bad estimate which caused me to look elsewhere. I was not let down by these guys and went by the reviews.

I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait a bit until I was helped and parking is turrible. Taylor and the team did my brakes,brake flush and oil change in at noon I was out by 4pm. The same day with no appointments. They even screwed my skid plate up. Very pleased with the job. Nobody can beat there full synthetic oil change prices. Thank You Brake Zone Staff. Happy Holidays

So grateful!! I came by with a nail in my wheel (it kept deflating) and the kind gentleman (Taylor) IMMEDIATELY patched it up for me no questions asked. I’ve always had such bad experiences with car shops trying to take advantage of the fact that I’m a girl that I’m in shock with how nice they were. Patched my wheel up so quick and sent me on my way. Would absolutely recommend this place (and Taylor!!). They’re not looking to steal your money and genuinely just want to help. Will be coming back!

I went to Brake Zone for the second time ever today and was just taken aback by the friendliness, helpfulness and service. I believe very much so that women are easily overcharged for services such as these and felt comfortable and confident in what Taylor and Jack not only told me, but showed me needed done. I initially chose this shop because it was local. I first called and it was refreshing to hear someone straightforward without a ridiculous sales pitch. When I brought my car in, I was able to get a brake evaluation done while I waited without an appointment. I realize this can't always happen, but they exceeded expectations. As it turned out, I surprisingly didn't need brakes. I went in recently for a brake job- I could feel them failing. After being quoted upwards of $800 at other places, I found Mark at Brake Zone. My brakes cost just over $300. However, my GMC was in need of more repairs. It has almost 100,000 miles on it so it wasn't surprising. So, yes, I had to pay more when I left but my car is running so great now. Not only that, Mark had the mechanic save all the failing/older parts so that I was able to see what was done. I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of.

I was a walk-in here doing some price-shopping for brake work. The owner Mark was on-hand and nice to talk to- clearly focused on client retention and beat all the other quotes (I got 4!) by a significant amount. Initially felt a little nervous about his crew as they all looked pretty rough (yes, I realize the stereotype of mechanics but these guys looked especially rough lol). However, the guys all respectfully acknowledged me when I came and went, acted professionally, and followed Mark's instructions without hesitation.

The water pump on my mom's 2002 Acura. I called around, and got quotes from $800-$1200. Mark at the Brake Zone was cheaper, knew exactly what was needed for the repair (from memory actually), and really knew what he was talking about. He got the repairs completed WAY quicker than expected, and even replaced the thermostat at no extra charge. I can't thank you and your team enough Mark! If Yelp had 10 stars, you would have earned all 10!

I just had THE best experience at Brake Zone! I'm from Vancouver originally but live in Seattle now. I came home for a weekend trip and needed an oil change in a short amount of time. I spoke to Mark and he went out of his way to order me a special filter and made sure they had the correct oil for my car. I was in and out in 30 minutes, but during my time I had a fantastic conversation with Mark. I stumbled across Brake Zone because i went to its location thinking it was a previous business (fyi: Brake Team was here and was a fraud) i had a negative interaction with. I met the owner, Mark, and i explained to him what the previous business did and he offered to fix the problem and no cost (he felt bad and wanted me to know he's all about customer service and retention). After talking to him, i got a good feeling about his business and showed him some work the dealership stated i needed for my vehicle. Mark looked it over, item by item (both on paper and physically on my vehicle)
