This is the rooftop restaurant of the Ritz. Went for a small graduation dinner. My friend and I had recently had babies around the same time and we both were breastpumping. Upon hearing our needs, waitstaff were more than gracious to let us use a private locked room instead of us using the bathroom. Great service!
Next time, I will be back for July 4th-- would be perfect to eat dinner while watch fireworks from their great skyline views!

How often do I write a restaurant review? Eh, fairly frequently. How often do I visit the same Michelin rated restaurant twice in the same year when I'm surrounded by culinary greatness in NYC? Kanopi was a world class experience. The staff was extremely impressive and knowledgable and made you feel like you were in the best of hands. The food was exemplary, the timing of the meal precise, the wine selections on point and the ambiance could not be beat with stunning sunset and night time views. This is the kind of restaurant you want to book for all your special events, high end client meetings and romantic moments.

Absolutely a once in a dinning experience can be enjoyed atop the White Plains skyline at Kanopi. Chef Anthony Goncalves provides a worldly experience that touch on both his personal travels and family background. Each dish provides a diverse flavor and is accompanied by a story about how the dish came to be.
Personal favorite was the cheese and pineapple dessert that was sourced from halfway around the world on a remote island from cows that graze above sea level creating a flavor I have never experience before.
I would recommend planning the trip up from NYC any time this Chefs table is open

Chef Anthony Goncalves and his team are creating and producing Michelin level food at this outstanding private restaurant atop the Ritz-Carlton tower in downtown White Plains. Chef Goncalves celebrates his Portuguese roots in his food, but with modern flare. The staff always makes you feel comfortable; as if you were eating in your own home (if your home was 42 stories up with sweeping views of NYC, the Hudson Valley and Long Island Sound). I highly recommend reserving a seat at the table inside the kitchen, which accommodates up to six diners. But you can't go wrong with one of the tables with

Amazing service, food and such a spectacular view! I had a celebration for my and my husband's family after getting married on the west coast (our family lives on the east coast) on a Saturday and it could not have been easier to plan from the other side of the country, with the very warm, caring and on-point support of the main coordinator. The event couldn't have gone more perfectly!! Thank you Kanopi :)

We just had our annual holiday party at Kanopi which Is located atop the Ritz Carlton In White Plains. The event was hugely successful and I'm still getting rave reviews from my coworkers on the evening.
From the quality of the specialty cocktails they provided, to the inventive, flavorful and superb food that was served, everything was first class. I can't over-emphasize how super elegant and impressive the space is.

Would skip Kanopi!. Tried to engage in good faith to book a party months in advance and they handed me a contract the day I looked at it. Within 48 hours, they gave the space to a different party without giving me the right to sign and send my deposit. Fact is, new interested party had 50 more guests and they sold me out - used my interest in the space to get the new interested party to pay up, hurry up and sign.
It’s a shame. I had done business multiple times with the Ritz Westchester in the past - and Kanopi is owned by same group.
