Terrible customer service!! Do not waste your time!! I placed an order over the phone and they told me to come in an hour to pick it up. I waited around doing meaningless things for an hour. When I went to pick up they told me the order was still not ready. I only ordered a rotisserie chicken with rice and salad. I then waited for another 15 minutes and still no food!! No apology or update. It’s like they only began to start order once I got there. And this is the second time this happens. The first time was with Uber pick up and they clicked that food was ready for pick up but yet I still waited

Ordered through GrubHub. I got a call from the restaurant about 45 minutes of waiting saying they refused to deliver to my address. I am one town over 5-7 minutes away and I know because I drive there all the time to pick up food. They choose to use their own drivers instead of GrubHub drivers and I was told by a waitress that if I dont tip them more, the driver won't come. The waitress kept telling me to cancel the order through GrubHub. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they werent there. A person in the background was yelling to have me deal with the refund and she hung up on me. I

I like their ceviche and anticucho here but I can’t stand when they give me false time of pick up. They would say 15-20 mins but then when I go there I would wait another 15 minutes. There was one time I called ahead of time before I leave work and I took my time to go there to pick and the food is still not ready haahahaaa. I don’t complain. I cannot complain when the boss is there telling me soon soon it’s gonna be ready. 45-60mins later of waiting. They should look at the time they take order and what they tell customer. Wow! El Miski was highly recommended to me by several people. I stopped by for takeout last night. So surprised.....reviews saying it was dirty and outdated....they must have been old reviews cause when I got in I was so pleased. Clean and shiny and very nice ladies to take your order. Got the Lomo Saltado. Absolutely delicious!!!! I keep looking at the menu thinking what to get next!!!

This place will get 3 stars for the chef not aiming for freshness. I saw fries sitting in the fryer since I walked in and he put in my plate. I tried right away and it tasted bad. They were sitting in the fryer for at least 15 + x amount of time before that.
No dining in this place. They really need fix their food handling methods or it won't be long before

This "WAS" a great Peruvian place some months back . I would look forward to stopping here as the portions and quality was the best bang for the buck around Westchester NY . I've been to almost every Peruvian restaurants in the area and was happy to find one sorta local to me . I found out that the owner has recently left and the quality and quantity shows . I ordered 3 times with 3 bad experiences which gave me the urge to give this review . I was in the resturant business for over 20 years so I understand certain situation that can occur .

My father in law had a medical procedure in the area to be done and received an hour break to eat a meal. (He had not eaten for over 16 hours). We placed our order and patiently waited over 25 mins. Given that we were pressed for time I went up to the counter and asked politely ( I work in the service industry as well) how long the food had left to go because of the medical procedure we were pressed for time could the gentleman please check. He rudely told me the food takes 15 mins I don't care sit and wait. I was shocked. I manage a business locally and will let everyone know not to eat there

This restaurant is located in an old diner. Decent Peruvian food but nothing special. White Plains has a large Peruvian population and best indicators of quality food is to follow the natives. There are other better places around town. Till they fix their quality, presentation and service, Don't waist your time here. Sad because they mean well but it's the hard reality.

I had a really bad experience at this placed to start smells like piss, second when we ate trying to place an order try to order one of her combos A whole chicken with fries and salad, I was told they won't sell me the whole chicken that I have to but 4 qtrs for them to be able to charge me more money!!!!

Just came back from a fun dinner at El Miski. It's a little diner that has been outfitted with a bank of rotisseries. Not many tables. The staff were very nice and helpful with the menu. I don't know how they can stay in business with the prices that they charge. We shared a really generous order of delicious shrimp ceviche. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the green sauce added a lot of zip. My wife loved her rice. The French fries were unremarkable and I'm sorry that I didn't order them well done. We were sitting waiting for our food, when an intoxicated male behind me kept rocking the seat,knocking onto me. Not only that, but he was yelling in a conversation through the phone. Disrupting the peace. When my boyfriend sat next to me, the individual behind us, threaten my boyfriend if further movements were made, that he would "force" him to stop. All staff members and manager witness the scene, entirely, did nothing to accommodate us. Instead, we were told by the manager that the intoxicated person "was not bothering anyone" and was told "so what if he is drunk?"

This is been my go to spot for at least two years, but now I have a question: why can't I buy a takeout
Rotisserie chicken - pollo alla brass - from here, even when they have 24 chickens cooking, which was the case tonight.
We have no problem getting our orders of chaufa, or anything else, but when it comes to ordering rotisserie chickens for takeout, we are always told that they don't have any.

Literally the tastiest Peruvian food, at the best price, for the largest portions! There are a lot of Peruvian spots in white plains but the flavors here far exceed any other spot I've been too.
The location and interior aren't the most ritzy, but then again who cares when a restaurant is clean + the quality and authenticity of the food is on point? Not I - that's who!!
Recommendations: half rotisserie w/ rice, ceviche, lomo salteado, milanesa de pollo, and of course I cannot go without saying the green sauce!

Definitely authentic place, mostly Spanish speaking, food comes in HUGE portions. Very friendly service. Very reasonable prices. The area is a bit sketch, but there is street metered parking nearby.
The restaurant is styled in a diner-type trailer.
We had the:
1) half rotisserie chicken which came with side of rice and salad. HUGE portion - enough for two people. only $9. I've definitely had better with crispier skinned chicken skin but this was decent
2) salchipapa - $6 fries with sausage, comes with side of salad. Big portion, sausage was flavorful as expected, fries came very oily and
