Services
To qualify, children must live in Orleans Parish, qualify for free or reduced lunch programs, or have a current Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Open to all 4 years old. Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your family, and to introduce you to our school community and philosophy.
Early Childhood applicants are required to complete an additional step after submitting an application. 2 Proofs of residency (utility bill, rental lease agreement / mortgage, property tax notice, etc.) PK4 applicants (4 year olds applying to LA4 or NSECD programs): visit a Family Resource Center. Head Start applicants (6 weeks - 3 years applying to Head Start programs): visit a Head Start Eligibility Center.
