Dr. Rick was very professional and nice. My dental hygienist Katie was very knowledgeable and helpful. And the receptionist Lisa was very polite. I cannot recommend Dr. Rick enough. He was delightful, experienced, and efficient. Plus, his office was spotless and his staff extremely kind. I went to see him for TMJ botox injections and after searching all of Scottsdale for someone knowledgable about botox *specifically* for TMJ, I hit the proverbial jackpot.

Amazing experience. While visiting from out of town, I cracked my bonding which caused a look I couldn’t carry for the next three weeks.. The entire staff was fantastic. From the time I started a chat with their service on Sunday to the call I received first thing Monday morning to see how they can help. They got me in within a day at a time that worked for my schedule and did a great job fixing my tooth and smile.

Lily was a great hygienist...my teeth have never felt more clean! Lindsey was very accommodating and easy to work with checking in/out. Best dental experience I've ever had. Just had a routine cleaning and I normally have such high anxiety about them, but the office staff is beyond amazing. Lindsey is so accommodating and works the front. Katie was my hygienist who reassured me, was so sweet and personable and gave me the best yet most gentle cleaning ever! My crown fell off at night and being new to North Scottsdale, I needed a dentist to fix it the next day. My neighbor recommended Dr. Rick. I left a message on the answering machine, since it was late at night. Lindsay texted me at 7 am when the office opened. I was given an appointment at 8.40 and had my crown fixed by 9 am and at a reasonable price. Dr. Rick definitely has me as a patient now. Did I mention how beautiful the office is? I either want to work there or hire their decorator. Along with the best tech gadgets to do the best job possible, it really makes going to see "the dentist" pleasurable

After a scary overpriced experience at Enamor, I discovered Dr Rick office. The staff here are all SO friendly and genuine and work hard to keep costs low with a great experience. Hot towels and cocoa butter to ease nerves, extremely friendly staff really help make the experience better. I am SO happy to have found this place and look forward to years of great service. Also great hours with appointments starting at 7!

I've been a patient with Dr. Rick since 2012, I continued to stay with him bc he really cares about the health of your teeth and mouth.
Dr. Rick's staff are cordial and super friendly, he himself is a happy gentle man, always upbeat and smiling.

It never fails, I am a mess every single time I come to the dentist. The anxiety is so bad that it took me 12 years to go back. Thankfully I went to dr. Ricks, and even though I had so much work to get done (which mortified me) I continued to go back because of the treatment I got from the front desk, to the hygienists to the Dr himself. He is so caring, even if I'm being an anxious mess and never makes me feel like he's annoyed. I absolutely love Dr. Rick dentistry. Dr. Rick is an engaging and enigmatic person and he is an EXCELLENT dentist. I have been to many dentists and orthodontists in my adult life dealing with severe TMJ. Dr. Rick has been an excellent addition to my MD panel. Few things:
1) He is honest. I have never felt pressured to do anything and he tells me the truth on if a procedure needs to be done or not.
2) I have never felt like he or his practice is ever trying to get me to buy things for the sole purpose of their profits.

Best dental experience of my life. Everyone is so friendly and the office is so cool with great music playing. They remember you and your family and make it a great time. I needed a surprise crown on one visit and I was out of there in just over an hour. They made it there in house... how cool! When we moved to FL we would wait to schedule or dental visits until we came back to visit AZ.
