My wife has had an account here for years, I mean since the the early 90's. Every time we need to talk to CS we are forced to wait during business hours. This is the second time a few years where we make a payment and they claim it didn't go through, then they take money out of your savings to cover it but still hit you with fees. Then when you have to prove your payment it takes hours if not days to get done. I have been trying to ditch this company for years for their lack of service.
