My Mom and I had a long weekend away in Saratoga. We decided to try a Bed and Breakfast instead of a larger, commercial hotel. Saratoga Arms was the perfect choice for us! The attention to detail, cleanliness and uniqueness sets them apart from most others. Breakfast is included daily and new menu options appear each day. The food was outstanding! Perfectly prepared, served on China, with real silver utensils. There are complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, full-size candy bars and snack bags of chips/pretzels, etc. available. There is a nice selection of wine and beer available to purchase. Each

I wanted to do a special Birthday celebration for my daughter. We talked about traveling to lake Placid or NYC, then I remembered seeing Saratoga Arms years ago and thought how magnificent it looked and said I would love to stay there some day. That is just what we did and loved every moment from the day we booked our stay until the moment we left. The warmth, charm, beauty, cleanliness, convenience and food was everything we had hoped for and then some. My daughter and I will be back early summer, no need to go any place else. Thank you!!!

My husband Eric and I stayed at the Saratoga Arms on our wedding night, and it was an absolute dream! The owners left us a sweet card and some Prosecco for a toast, the room was heavenly, and breakfast was delicious. We stayed on the ground level so had access to the front patio - perfect spot to relax and enjoy our first evening/morning as married folks.

This was our first stay at Saratoga Arms and we will definitely return! The entire team was extremely welcoming and so helpful in sharing local information. We stayed in beautiful adjoining rooms with family which facilitated an even nicer stay. We enjoyed a fresh, delicious, wonderfully presented breakfast each day. We also had unlimited access to the “pantry” which was so convenient for bottled water, snacks, etc. The building is absolutely lovely. The weather kept us from enjoying the beautiful porch. However we enjoyed the fireplace in the parlor. Every member of the Saratoga Arms team

Amazing experience. Ian and the team were accommodating for every need. It was our first time in town and they were basically our tour guides for the entire weekend. We celebrated our two year wedding anniversary and the team at Saratoga Arms made it a wonderful experience. We added on an additional package that included champagne, flowers fir my wife and some chocolate truffles from a local shop. Rooms were very nice, clean and well maintained. Couldn’t hear your neighbors at all. It was nice staying in such a quiet bed and breakfast. Sometimes the hustle bustle of a hotel is a bit much when

Well-maintained hotel. Thoughtfully appointed rooms. Fabulous central location. Excellent breakfast with custom ordering and specials as well as perfect service - it can be had in room or dining room or on the fabulous wraparound porch facing Broadway. The owner is visible and available for questions and help. Did not take advantage of any concierge services but heard they can be very helpful. Liked the complimentary beverages and snacks!

The Saratoga Arms is an amazing hotel that is a family run business who takes pride in facility. The rooms are amazing. We’ve been coming here for years. The breakfast is amazing. If you love fine dining you will enjoy breakfast. Sitting on the porch for breakfast or having a glass of wine in the evening is a perfect way to start or end your day. I can’t put in words how wonderful the owners are. It’s a bed and breakfast but better. Great getaway for couples. Great for a girls getaway. Highly recommended. The smith family will not disappoint!

We love this hotel. It has a beautiful vintage elegance loaded with modern amenities. This was our third stay in about as many months. This time we stayed in the Superior Garden King. The fireplace, while converted to gas appears original to the building. The bathroom was amazing—wet room with oversized whirlpool tub. And it was sparkling clean. And then you get your own terrace area with steps up to Broadway. It’s like having a little apartment right in the middle of it all.Surprisingly, when the door is closed, you don’t get a ton of street noise. The staff here is super friendly

Charmed is an understatement. As soon you walk up to the building you are drawn. You feel like you are taking a step back in time. The decor and the fine details are just beautiful. The staff was beyond kind and very accommodating. The owner Kathleen was so sweet and took time to get to know us and tell us some history of the building. We are just in awe and we already can’t wait to come back!

Saratoga Arms is one of those old school bed & breakfast places that looks like it was been there for years. It has some serious The Shining" vibes.
We were in the king room and it was spacious but the room has an older charm to it. The lobby also has a lot of charm and they have a couple fireplaces that are going all day. Sitting by the fireplace in the lobby is very quiet and relaxing. One thing I suggest getting is the breakfast. It is phenomenal and homemade. The price is a little high but this isn't your typical hotel breakfast. They make it to order with fresh ingredients

Ok. How can this wonderful place not be ranked #1 by Yelp must be an error. Lovely accomodations right in central Saratoga Springs within easy walking distance to most places of interest. The 'Smith Family' certainly knows how to run a first class operation that pays attention to detail. From bed linens to towels to dinning to personnel you are treated like a guest that is appreciated and welcomed. We had a lovely stay and will be back next time we visit Saratoga Springs for sure. You can't go wrong. Don't miss their breakfasts as their chef does a fabulous job

Love this hotel, BUT, stayed there recently and when I went to take a shower there was someone else's hair on the walls and in the tub. When I reported it to the front desk I got what amounted to an "aw shucks, that stinks", but nothing was ever done about it.
I still love this, place but I can't help but be disappointed in the staffs reaction to my concerns.

My family and I decided to visit Saratoga Springs from NJ since we heard it was such a lovely area. My husband booked us at the Saratoga Arms which we thought was a bed and breakfast. We've been delighted by the amenities as well as the friendly and professional staff. It's much grander than a typical B&B but much more intimate than a hotel. Their breakfast is delicious and they have coffee/tea/water and small snacks laid out all day long. We are in a room with 2 beds and it's so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The town is definitely worth a visit but this place definitely

What a lovely place, if only the lady owner were as lovely, then it would have received 5 stars. My friends and I came to celebrate a bachelorette weekend, and we were humiliated in front of other guests because we were accused of waking up other guests after hours, and it wasn't even us!! We were also accused of drug use, we feel this was because our skin isn't as milky white as hers. All I'm saying is, if the guests are mainly "older" who practice early lights out, THE SITE SHOULD STATE SO CLEARLY! And should say doors lock at a certain time, we would have stayed somewhere

I cannot say enough good things about the Saratoga Arms! My cousin and I went for a girls' weekend. The location - right on the main street - is fabulous. The customer service was impeccable. The room was immaculate. They even have a complimentary "snack pantry" for guests - stocked with cookies, chips, yogurt and fruit! We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast (as we wanted to check out some local restaurants), but the buffet looked great and there were made-to-order specials! All in all, a fabulous experience. Highly recommend.

Perfectly situated on the quiet end of downtown Saratoga the "Arms" provided three days of Labor Day comfort.
Not too far and not too near from the electric downtown activity.
The restored Victorian style hotel can be described as a museum unto itself. The dining room and various areas including a parlor and lounge are comfortably maintained. Breakfast (8-10am) was included in our stay and 24 hours soft drinks and snacks were also available.
We decided on a Garden Level King which provided fireplace (unused), whirlpool and a private terrace (quite often used) with a private Broadway

We had a wonderful stay at the Saratoga Arms for a 1 night getaway without the kids. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a nice view. And the best part of all was the food! The breakfast was amazing!!! Everything we ate was delicious! We had some quiche, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, pastries, oatmeal - basically a lot of food, and it was all included with our night stay! We wanted to keep eating!! If they served lunch and dinner, we would have had all of our meals at the hotel it was so good!!!
