As an owner/client I was less than impressed with their attention to detail and responsiveness to my requests. First the good; They made recommendations and provided services in a timely manner to tenants(as far as I know). Rent checks showed up in a timely (not necessarily consistent) manner and expenses were clearly marked in our monthly bill/owners' statement.
All that said, at the price they charge I shouldn't have to actively manage inspections or repeately provide requests to SGS to manage landscaping/cleaning/lawn care/maintenance, etc. I did not expect my property to be in the same shape

Lived in a 33rd street apartment above Georgetown Cupcake and has a wonderful experience. Despite being in such a busy spot, the apartment was very sound proof and the location was a huge plus because of close proximity to so many things on M Street as well as Georgetown University. Geoff was a great landlord and things were always fixed promptly if there were any issues! Highly recommend.
