The most incompetent and apathetic property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Refuse to do repairs, parking lot isnt monitored so its a free for all, they literally hang up on you if you try to complain. Worthless, do not rent from them.

I have lived in Johnson and associates properties for 8 years. They rent is good price for the area that we live in lee highway close to DC, Rosslyn. You can pay your rent through an app and request maintenance. Maintenance comes within few hours depending when and how you request it. They have emergency maintenance to call they come fast. When I have emailed them they have taken care of it.They upkeep the property and it always looks clean. I have not had bugs in my apartment. They allow cats with no extra charge. I would rent from them again.

I have been living in an apartment complex owned by this company for 6 months. The parking lot has signage posted that it will tow unauthorized vehicles but the company does not provide spaces, decals or even register resident cars in the lot. The lot is always overcrowded and other tenants allow their guests to park in the lot. My car was hit and run in the parking lot and when I contacted the property management company regarding how they regulate the lot and the lack of towing, I was told that they would not pay to maintain/tow the lot nor take any discount off of my rent for the damages incurred

I lived in an apartment run by this property company for roughly five years. The apartment buildings are older but well maintained. The office was always responsive to any issues and any maintenance requests were completed within a day or so. If I ever move back into the area, I will definitely try to rent from them again.

I have never left a review on a building I have lived in or a management company, but I read the review of the woman who claimed to have bugs in her apartment, and I don't believe for a minute she lived in a building managed by Johnson and associates. I lived in one of their buildings for 4 years and there was NEVER even one incident remotely like anything she described. When I was a child I had the unfortunate experience to, which is how I know those bugs do not come out when you are moving around the house and they definitely don't crawl up your leg . I never saw ONE in the entire 4 years I lived

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches. Also mice. The building I lived has a serious problem with infestation of both. I have found them in my bed, in my clothes, all over my kitchen - killing four large ones and a couple of smaller ones before I could prepare any bedfast. I have had multiple occasions where they have started crawling up my leg and my arm - I had put on a T-shirt that had one hidden in it. They have crawled over my dishes and pot and pans - leaving their droppings in my cookware. If I leave anything on the kitchen counter I can count on it being crawled over. I have a Very
