Looking at getting my first home was an intimidating process, but working with Regi made it a lot easier. I gave him a list of must haves/must not haves, locations, things I was flexible on, price, etc. It felt like I might have been asking for too much. There was good communication back and forth with sending property listings to him and getting MLS listings for those properties for me to look at in more detail. Regi took me out to several different showings and listened to my criticisms of the properties. He was a positive force after we lost our first few offers in this hot real estate market

Property Specialists for many years and in recent years Regi Francois have been attentive, reliable, accurate, and thoroughly professional in helping us to maintain and manage a rental property in Arlington Colonial Village. We try to be responsible landlords and Regi managed repairs and improvements, including when tenants made no requests. The property was sold in 2019 using Regi Francois and Property Specialists as my agent, and we got a relatively quick and satisfactory offer and sale. Regi was the property manager for our house for several years while we were living out of the area. He kept us informed of any issues or concerns, and was always very prompt in responding to our emails and phone calls. He arranged for the purchase and installation of several appliances, and managed other issues such as painting and roof repairs. We recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Having experience as both a landlord and tenant, we feel confident recommending Regi. He consistently protects owners’ interests while ensuring tenants are comfortable - a unique and effective approach by a property manager. Just one example: when a range needed to be replaced he asked us, the tenants in this case, if we would appreciate any particular features and then arranged for a new appliance with those elements that was also safely in the budget. I worked with REGI in the PSI office, for a condo unit in Arlington, VA, for the past two years and had no issues. Both he and the PSI associates had handled my issues in a timely fashion. I had a toilet leak and A/C issue both years. The company contracts out to third party contractors to handle the issues and it was all performed in a quick and efficient manor. The company is respectful about rental checks (5th day of the next month). I paid on time and had no issues with them. I am happy to have had them as my Property Manager - hope them nothing by success for this place moving forward.

I used Property Specialists to manage first my house and then a condo while we were out of the country. Regi was our property manager nearly the whole time.
Regi and the rest of the PS team did a great job for us, we would gladly hire them again. They were thorough and professional in finding tenants--we never had a problem with a single tenant they screened and found for us. Regi was proactive and creative when it came to solving problems with our tenants and properties, and he was always responsive to my requests and questions.

Property Specialists took care of our property in Arlington for more than fifteen years. We dealt with three different owners during that time, and the transitions were seamless. They maintained our property well, made frequent inspections, kept the tenants happy, and made sure we were paid on time.
