This company was charging unnecessarily amount on false infomation and the management was so rude. After usless argument, they figured out they were wrong and immediately refunded. I could have sued this company but i chose to forgive. Screw your policy and your company. Will never ever apply for this comapny again in my life. Below reply provided with false information to hide thier mistake. If I wasn't cancelled within 72 hr then you guys wouldn't send my money back. Accept your mistake. people are seeing this comment.

10/9/2021 - Top of the Hill has problems with RATS! The Cloister driveway is the feeding grounds for RATS. All of those dumpsters are being invaded. Also, the RATS are running under the cars on both sides of the lot. I 1st complained 1 month and a week ago, and there has not been a change. The cold weather is coming and the RATS may before long look for warm environments meaning the buildings, but before this happens Management must agressively attack this problem. Maybe a new exterminator. Also, the parking lot is in dire need of upgrades to lighting. Hopefully these issues will be addressed before

Stayed in Top of the hills for 5 years. This is one of the best apartment to stay if you have a kid who loves outdoors, very nice play area where kids love to play and your kid will make a new friends in no time. Management is friendly and responsive, service requests are attended to immediately. Overall my family had a great time.

We have been living in Top of the Hill Apartments for the past 7 years (yeah) and when someone says they live in a place for so long, one thing is for sure, its exemplary. It’s a beautiful community maintained very well by the Panco Management group who considers every resident as an esteemed customer and cater to all of their needs day in day out. They are very attentive to all your issues however small they are and try to fix most of it within 24 hours of time. They really do love their residence. My boyfriend and I have been living her for about 7 months and I love it here. Maintenance requests are answered almost immediately and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can sometimes here my neighbors when I'm in the living room because we share a wall between our living rooms but it's not bothersome. The grounds are kept up nicely and are so nice to walk through.
I can't stress enough how amazing the leasing staff are. I've been having the toughest time with housing assistance paying my rent for this month because of COVID19. Because of this my rent is

Easily the worst place I've ever lived. During the summer it was about 80 degrees in there and the AC couldnt keep up to cool it down. When you call to have someone come out, they just change the filter and call it a day. The parking is terrible, if you work a 9-5 or later, you can forget about a decent parking spot, I hope you have comfortable shoes for the walk to your apartment. They are not giving us a security deposit because one little spot on the wall has a mark from the couch, even though they paint between tenants regardless. I just moved here few months back I do love it here however the walls are super thin!! The building seems to be built well but why can I hear my neighbors having conversations through the wall, kids acting a fool, and why in my bedroom it makes sleeping a challenge!???!!!
Are there fire walls between each unit??? I assume No which is very much a safety issue as well as making me question why so pricey here when you can hear everything!!
Otherwise everything else is great!

This is a very nice place here. There have been issues, but all have been resolved eventually by the professional staff people. But the best part is the beautiful, scenic view of the creek, boulders and trees. It's really wonderful. I enjoy coming home every night to the quiet, elegant landscapes. Wonderful place to live . People in the office are very nice and helpful . They have a good play area and tennis court and gym . They have a very good maintenance system , any maintenance issue is solved with a few hours . The best part of this apartment is the scenic beauty especially there is creek with a small bridge that look mesmerizing in all the 4 seasons . I highly recommend this apartment.

I had an overall pleasant experience at Top of the Hill. The staff is friendly and my couple maintenance requests were handled quickly. The area is nice, the complex is nestled in a neighborhood that is good for walking/jogging with a small park nearby. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had poor cell reception, so calls would often drop. Just be wary that this may be an issue if you rent a lower-level apartment.
