Tony and his team came out to assemble a bike I had purchased online. I didn’t trust myself to put the bike together (even though the directions were described as simple) and I’m so glad I got their help!
They are bike experts and know all the tiny details and ins and outs to make sure your bike is safe and reliable and you’re set up for success.
They were easy to schedule, great with communication, and their costs were so reasonable.
All of this and they are kind and open to beginner questions, I can’t say enough good things. I’ll be referring them to everyone I know in the area.

These guys are great. I just needed my shifter adjusted. I have a TerraTrike three-wheeler 27-speed. They came out and had me back in business in 15 minutes. Then, just for fun, they inflated my tires to spec. They came to me and charged a very reasonable price. This sure beats leaving my bike at the bicycle shop for two weeks.

Now of all the services I've tried to get for my electric bicycle in Arlington VA bike shops... I ran into the same issues at all of them... long waiting periods... wouldn't work on my bike becuse I didn't buy it at there shop... and a very noise turned up attitude from all just for owning an ebike ... save for one these two saved my hope for humanity .... not only did they know the ins and outs of my ebike they are the only shop in the area that will work on all ebikes no matter where you paid for it.... they even service regular pedal bikes with out the attitude I found from all the chain bike

Came in last week looking for an electric bike as I work full time from home and have no need for my car anymore. The guys quickly took care of me when I walked in and showed all the models that they had. I ended up getting the Magnum payload, as it offered the most cargo space that I could use for groceries. Also the basket in the front stays straight even when I steer.

I was having problems repairing my bike and tried fixing with two different companies and was not successful, until Mobile Bicycle Shop conveniently came to my work location, fixed my bike in less than 30 minutes! They were prompt, detailed, professional and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend!

I called them to repair my electric bike and they greeted me with great hospitality and customer service. They answered all my questions with great detail and also gave advice on the pros and cons of each electric bicycle. I will definitely be calling them for my family’s, friend’s, and my problems regarding any bicycle.
