I'm Active Duty Military with a rental property in Vancouver, WA. About 3-4 years back I had to deploy on short notice, and was right in the middle of a turnover with 3 days to leave. I interviewed several in the area, but after talking to Leisha I knew this was the right fit.
Fast forward to 2021, they've been managing it ever since. We recently had another turnover. PPM did a super fast cleanup and secured another tenant in less than a month. I'm able to text or email them any time with questions and they always promptly reply.
Could not be happier with PPM. Wish I could put them in charge

We moved into our home 4yrs. ago and I can honestly say the service they provide is extraordinary. They are professional in every way from the way they treat their tenants and the owners. I have had to reach out for small Maintenance issue's and they give prompt, respectful and full service. I have referred this company to numerous people. I even referred my Mom and sister and they did their best to help find them a residence as well. The rental market is crazy in Clark County, and there are SO MANY different companies to work with. The whole process can be daunting and things move lightning quick. Finding a company to work with that treats you like a real person instead of another number can be rare.
While I did not wind up renting from this company, because I found a rental-by-owner I was incredibly impressed with one of their employees!
Sarah (rental agent) gave some of the best customer service that I have come across in a while. She communicated in a timely fashion, was understanding, and overall super nice to work with

Property Management has been the best company to rent from.
Whenever I needed something they were a phone call away.
The maintenance has been 5 star. Ive had a few cracks and breaks over the years whiling renting with them and I have never had a problem with them coming out to fix whatever I needed. Not only that, the maintenance staff is always willing to give awesome advice as to keeping the house in top notch condition.
On top of maintenance and customer service, I felt like I owned the place.
Planting flowers or veggies without a problem.

My experience with Personal Property Management was top notch. From start to finish these gals were amazing and did all they could to ensure I got into a great place and on-time. They even went the extra mile to give me an extra showing (with extra time) so my two little girls could fully explore the place and make sure they could give their approval. Awesome. Special thanks to both Sarah and Julie (broker) as these were the two I dealt with. Good company.

We have found Personal Property Management to be a great company to work with. All of their staff has been very friendly, their maintenance personnel have responded quickly, and they have treated us with integrity in all of the many financial dealings involved in renting a property. PPM's owners are engaged in their day-to-day activities, and obviously have very high standards based upon the great people they have brought in to represent the company. I would recommend Personal Property Management to anyone.

This company is a top notch Property Management team and I could not recommend them enough. They are understanding, responsive, professional and truly care about their tenants as well as their clients. If I ever need to rent again I will without a doubt use Personal Property Management again and if anyone was to ask me for a recommendation this is where I would send them with 100 percent confidence .
