Stellar experience living here. The staff are extremely responsive and work diligently to keep the place awesome. They're also very nice and pleasant whenever I meet them.

I and my cat love this place where we have been living almost 1 year. The community is very quiet and located in walking distance close by the shopping area like Walmart, Traders Joe, WholeFoods and Safeway. There are also many restaurants around. The leasing team is amazing - Karen and Jonathan - they can easily solve problems if they come up and make your life as cozy and luxury as you just can imagine it

If you are thinking of renting in the Mnt View/Los Altos/Palo Alto area, look no further! Anton Ladera is beyond the best apartment community in the area, period.
The building is brand new, and has all of the amenities. My husband and I have used the pool, gym, BBQs, and ping pong and pool tables. Our dog loves the dog park + local park nearby. We've hosted both family and friends, and everyone is in awe of how modern, clean and beautiful the apartment community and our apartment itself is. I came for a tour and ended up leasing. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I was impressed that prices matched the ads posted online and on the complex website. Had stellar experience seeing the complex and several units with Karen who was super friendly and professional. Karen and Jonathan were very helpful and responsive while we went through the paperwork and patiently answered the billion questions I had. It's been a month, and so far I'm happy I moved. I like this place! I'm new in the US so some of my vocabulary might sound weird. I'm new here but I've lived in 3 apartments in Bay Area so far and this is the best one on every respect: management, value, beautiful design.
I recently finally learned how to swim hhhhhhh, magically after 22 years being unable to swim, but I made it in their pool! Probably because saltwater pool helps body float easier?
The outdoor entertainment space is really new and well designed! Outdoor TVs and bbq stove and electric bonfire (maybe it's not called bonfire hhhh whatever I really like that

Well guess the cat's out of the bag. There's a reason why the residents are so satisfied here. Karen and Jonathan have done an amazing job at building this complex into a wonderful and respectful community. Throughout our leasing process they were highly attentive and empathetic to our needs. It came down to this community vs. another for us and we're glad we went with Ladera.

I think my overall move in and living experience with the community have been great, though there are some small frictions, some due to my movers and some due to the house itself.
The leasing office is helpful, responsive and nice. The community is brand new so all the equipments are good! (Love their dishwashers and penthouse)
One minor concern is that they don't requirement people to take elevator one household per time. But I guess that concern will go away soon as everyone is taking the vaccine

I just moved in to a studio in Ladera and it has been an amazing experience! Since I was abroad, I had to do tours and the whole leasing process online and the leasing office has been very patient and helpful the whole time. Jonathan helped me from start to finish - tour, leasing, moving in, and my dumb questions, etc. - and he has been amazingly kind and knowledgeable. The office is very accessible and responsive in general as well. Best experience I ever had with an apartment office👍
As for the apartment, it’s still brand new and room looks just like what I expected and more. Common areas

I came in for a tour with my friend Elsy, and we toured a studio and 1-bedroom home with Jonathan; Jonathan was extremely patient, toured the entire property thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and represented Anton with so much class and humor the entire time; if my friend decides to live there, it will be a joy to see Jonathan daily! His customer service is truly something special - hats off!

My wife and I moved to Anton Ladera a couple months ago. Since the beginning the staff has been extremely helpful, responsive and welcoming, particularly Karen and Artem. Any questions and requests are handled very quickly. The apartments are beautiful and brand new. The community is quiet, clean and the amenities great. There is also a little park across the street that our dog enjoys a lot. Location wise, we really enjoy how walkable the area is with many grocery stores and restaurants at a walking distance. Mountain View’s farmers market and Castro street is only a 15 minute bike ride. Overall

The Manager at Ladera is very friendly and helped a lot. We were able to rent here because sadly it pushed our budget. But the apartments are worth the price with brand new features and great living space. Upon a virtual tour request, we were assisted timely and detailed. Ladera was our top choice and the experience with the on-site team made it even more desirable. Hopefully we can do something about our budget and call Ladera home.
