It's time to take our power back by taking responsibility for our feelings and actions as we reject the judgements of others. Services
I am a compassionate and caring psychotherapist who will respect your feelings while working through areas of concern for your well-being. My style of working is dynamic, yet supportive. Through a mutual dialogue we can explore all areas of concern leading to a rich and meaningful therapeutic experience.
As a Psychotherapist I have expertise in many areas. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety or a general level of frustration in your life, we can delve into your concerns and try to solve the conflicts that are holding you back from your true potential. Below is a list of specific issues where I can be of help to both the individual and the couple in distress.
Navigating the contours of relationship issues can be quite difficult. Over the years being a Psychotherapist who practices in New York City, I have built a large and diverse clientele of both straight and gay patients. Although the basic tenants of psychotherapy are the same for all people throughout the life cycle I find that the issues confronting the LGBT community are particularly unique.
On a segment dealing with the increased use of Marijuana among NYC teens, I was asked for my opinion on causality and related stressors that this population experiences. Local 5 Fox New York affiliate reporter John Huddy and I discuss the issue in my office. I serve a diverse community in my practice, both men and women, Gay and Heterosexual.

Not sure if he still has a dog, but he would regularly interrupt our session to reprimand the dog, which was a constant distraction. I cannot emphasize enough how much you should steer clear of this horrible man. He should not be entrusted with a fruit
