If I could give them NEGATIVE ONE MILLION STARS, I WOULD...paid for my room, drive two hours, the girls at the desk tell me that ai have no room, there is no vacancy, and they don't care that I paid for my cottage already. Nice, but very rude and disregarded my concerns, despite verification form BOOKING.COM! THESE PEOPLE CARE NOTHING FOR HUMANITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT!!! THEY ARE OUT TO EAT OUR BABIES!!!! SERIOUSLY THOUGH......

Don’t stay at this place - staff don’t have any sense of customer service and they lie to your face. If I could give negative stars like some other reviewers have said, I most certainly would. When I booked the night before my arrival, I was initially offered a motel room, but I specifically asked for a cottage that was a self contained unit not attached to another unit, which I was offered and accepted, only to discover when I checked in that it was actually attached to another unit. We thought it might be ok if the other unit was empty, but later discovered it wasn’t and to our horror the

The room was gross my wife and I had to clean the room ourselves before we could actually get comfortable. We found what we believe was feces smeared on the bathroom wall. The guest that stayed before us left food and trash (in fridge and behind the bed) that was overlooked by cleaning staff. Not to mention they couldnt even keep the cable turned on. For under $200 a night I didn't expect much but this was ridiculous. We will never return here, next time I'll save my money and sleep in my car.

This is a 2 star hotel. Expect 2 Star accomodations. It met our needs giving us a place to sleep and shower. Having paid $189 for one night I had hoped for more.
The AC did not work. The TV did not work. Their were dead bugs in each of the ceiling light fixtures. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed in quite a while. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

I stayed here for one night and will never stay again. I am not one to write reviews, let alone negative ones, but we had an awful experience staying here. They did not understand that my MEDICAL service dog accompanied me everywhere, and is protected under the ADA. I have never had such a difficult, frustrating experience anywhere like I had while staying here. It left me in tears and I could not wait to leave the next morning. I would very much recommend staying elsewhere.
