Located on 3 acres, we offer a large area for family activities including a swimming pool, firepit, lawn games, and a small brook running behind our cottages.

Just behind our grounds you can walk to the Georgiana falls trail, and just a few minutes more down the road you can find many more. Our motel rooms are on one floor with convenient parking outside your door. All rooms are non-smoking, all with comfortable beds, full bath, wireless internet, heat, and air conditioning.

We were beyond blessed to get this cute little cottage last minute, when our Airbnb we had planned for our honeymoon was not vacated by the previous occupants & we were stranded in the White Mountains in mid-October, with not one vacancy within 2+ hours drive. I placed a call to the Profile Motel asking if they had any vacancies & the owner said he might & that he'd call us back, which he did. We were able to book a cottage because there had been a cancellation last minute, otherwise, we would've been sleeping in our car (which we drove up from Texas). He really saved the day. Nice cottages. Clean

Meticulously maintained and spotless clean. We stayed in the motel portion of this awesome property. The rate is extremely affordable and in a prime location. Property was quiet and owners are attentive and kind. Our room was spacious. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. I highly recommend the Profile. We were pleasantly surprised and will be going back.

Really thrilled with our stay here and definitely coming back! The cottage was clean and the screened in porch was a really nice place to chill. The badminton court was a lot of fun and the pool was heated and really great after a long hike. The mountain view from this hotel was a wonderful thing to wake up to. The owners were really lovely, A+ all around.

Cute cabins with heat and AC as well as a little screened in porch for each cabin. Super nice to sit outside in a bug free atmosphere. My wife loved the extra hot shower, room fridge, and microwave.
I appreciated sitting under the stars at night out front. I also sat by the stream out back for some quiet evening reflection.
The owners were super helpful and offered a fire pit at night. They had coffee they grind each morning at 6:30 for a fresh wake up! The couple who run the place were very helpful and kind. We really appreciated all of their efforts to ensure we had a great stay.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a weekend with the kids while we explored Flume Gorge and other attractions. From check in to check out, our experience was great here.

- Very welcoming, pleasant, polite employees. Check in was easy, the young lady in the office was super helpful.
- Grounds were fun! Kids had a great time with badminton, horseshoes, and swimming in the pool.
- Jim, the owner is super helpful and friendly. The kids wanted to have s'mores, he lit the fire pit, gave the kids s'mores sticks, helped us out when the girls got sap on their fingers

Perfect little roadside motel. there are many similar on same stretch road but am very happy i chose Profile. extremely clean and quiet. kind staff and great coffee. if your looking for four seasons, then no . but somewhere comfortable and very clean to stay after hiking then YES! we did not use firepit but looked like fun . plenty outdoor games for kids and had board games as well. very close to flume and short ride to woodstock and lincoln for restaurants.

The owner of this place was so sweet and wonderful! Our car didn't start when we were leaving the motel, and he kindly helped to jump our car with no hesitation! Also I like how they have a keurig machine in their office, for my daily caffeine obsession.
The rooms were comfy and they had tons of channels to watch.
I would highly recommend this place for a budget friendly trip.

Just stayed here for the first time and certainly not the last. I travel often and this was by far the best experience I've ever had a hotel or a motel. Jim the owner is an awesome guy... can't say enough about him (You'll see) I was kind of planned on going out at night but had a much better time sitting around the fire with Jim and other people staying there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There's a volleyball net with volley balls, horse shoes, soccer balls, basketball net, swimming pool, and an awesome fireplace so there's plenty to do for the kids and adults

Great place to stay! We were here for two nights! very friendly and customer-centric owner. A very quiet and peaceful location, right off the exit on I-93 and yet, close to all attractions, right on Route 3. Nice swimming pool too! And on colder nights, they fire up a campfire and allow guests to socialize - very friendly and personal touch! Thanks for making our stay very pleasant and memorable!

The Profile Motel is a fantastic place to stay! I stopped by while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. Unfortunately I was sick with a flu, and spent 3 days at the motel recovering before continuing on. The owner was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to help me out. Since I had been hiking for 5 months, I didn't have a car in the state. He offered to pick me up at the trail, and gave me a ride back to the trail when I was healed up. The room is very homey, with a tv, mini fridge and microwave. Overall great place!!

Our second stay here at Profile Cottages in the 3 bedroom cottage. It is old, quaint and clean! We love the area and love Profile. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from downtown Lincoln, NH yet right in the woods with a small stream running behind the cottage. At night, there is a fire pit should you care to venture out and meet your fellow travelers. Owners Jim and Lisa are very friendly and accommodating and the price is right!

It is completely surprising that this is the first review for Profile Motel & Cottages. I just stayed here for three nights ($69 a night) and had a top notch experience. I rented a cabin which was cute, quiet, clean and comfortable. I can not express the CLEAN part enough! It was amazing. The sheets where soft and comfy, the top quilt was very cute and wasn't tattered. If you're looking for a large cabin these are not for you. These are pretty small (especially the bathroom) but it's very romantic and suitable for a couple. They offer satellite cable, working wifi, a mini fridge
