I lived there for 4 years and the location, complex staff and tenants, maintenance, parking, and security were top notch. Crenshaw park in literally across the street, Walmart and Krogers are less than a mile, and beltway and 45 gives easy access to any direction. The buildings are older but in comparison to newer complexes in the same area I was happy traveling and going out with all the money I saved. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year, and we love it! The apartments are in a fabulous location across from Burke & Crenshaw Park. Ms. Maria and her team are absolutely wonderful! They are very kind, thoughtful and professional. They remember all of their tenants, communicate clearly and efficiently, and are so sweet to the kiddos.

This is a great place to live if you like peace and quiet! I work nights so I'm asleep during the day I don't get woken up or disturbed. My wife and I have lived here since 2013 the apartments are quiet and clean, the front office staff are always friendly and responsive to any questions. The maintenance staff have always fixed any problems we have had quick and easy!

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 6 years. The grounds are nice, the pool and laundry rooms are kept clean. Children come to the front office everyday for snacks after school. They constantly have events for residents and families like Easter Egg Hunts, Pictures with Santa, Back to School Parties, etc. The apartments are kid and pet friendly, but still pretty quiet. Maintenance fixes problems in a timely manner. The apartments are across the street from Crenshaw Park so there are ducks that visit pretty often.

Love these apartments i would recommend my friends about these apartments . The staff are very friendly. So if your looking to rent i strongly suggest these apartments. And the cost of living here is not bad at all. Prices are reasonable. Just come check them out and you'll see what im talking about.

At first I was thinking this complex wasn't too bad. Then, I started to notice different things like, roach problem, bathroom flooded when it rained, the carpet in the bedroom is wet when the it rains, the air conditioner doesn't work properly, the air conditioner which is right on top of my shower started leaking and also started to move the ceiling panel down, trash dispenser never worked, the dish washer that I don't use started leaking and flooded my kitchen. I cant wait for my lease to be up. It is a quiet neighborhood with good neighbors but all these cons just make me want to move ASAP.
