I’ve been looking for a laser hair company for about a year and a half now. I finally came across Seda Spa, and I’m so glad I did! The people are super nice and informative and made sure that I was happy and completely satisfied. When your receiving your treatment they make sure that you are comfortable and check on you! I love Seda! The owner of the business is really sweet and walked me through the whole process of laser hair removal. Great prices and superb customer service. I felt comfortable each time and am very pleased with the results! Highly recommended! I wish I wouldn’t done it years sooner. Can’t wait to start my leg treatments soon.

Poor customer service. My wife went for a consultation, and there were several problems--no receptionist on duty. Nobody there who speaks Spanish as was PROMISED on the phone the day before. We would not return there after a botched appointment. It's too complicated to explain in detail, but it was clear that neither the owner nor employees we encountered are particularly concerned about their customers.

They offer great deals on packages! I bought one to "try them out" and have a small area done. Loved the easy of scheduling appointments and they were very flexible with my schedule. The customer service was amazing! The girls there are so nice and genuine. They made me feel very comfortable and worked quick! I will definitely be paying for additional areas.
