This place is fair, reasonably priced, and pretty fast at solving your Honda's problems. On our first visit just yesterday, the finished price to replace compliance bushings and control arms on our 2003 Accord was less than half of what a local Honda dealer quoted us. I'm pretty upset with that dealer, as I've purchased two vehicles there and have been taking all three of my Honda vehicles there for service for several years.

These guys are great! No fancy waiting room but they know their cars. This was the first place that did repairs on my 02 Honda CR-V after I bought her used from the 2nd owner. I'm always hesitant to take my car to a new shop but my coworker had recommended the place because his mom had used them for years with her Honda. I've had two big jobs done with them and I was really happy with the price as well. I asked so many questions and had a great conversation with the owner who has now been here over a decade at least. In twenty years in this town, I've been taking Hondas to Prudence the entire time. Hundreds of thousands of miles and every service visit has been impeccable. Rod is honest to a fault and remembers each of my cars on each visit. He must take great notes to be able to pull back the history of each car when he only sees it every four or six months.

I've been bringing my Honda's to Prudence Car Care for about 16 years now and never a bad experience.
Rob Neilsen and the guys are fantasic, trust worthy and honest.
I'm on Honda #4 now and previously I've had different models from various years and regardless of how new or old they were; it was never a challenge for them to repair my vehicles. My estimates were always realistic and my repairs always completed in a timely manner.
Prudence Car Care is Best in customer service and Best in over all customer satisfaction and I give it 5 stars because they are a business with

Rod Nielsen is a very kind, nice person which I am sure reflects in how he manages his business. I am very fortunate to have accidentally found his shop. Although I have lived in the area for 40 years and own a CRV, I did not know Prudence Car Care existed until last week. A trim strip on the roof of my vehicle came loose and rattled at high speeds. In addition, a small section of the trim was missing when it gotten ripped off and lost going through a car wash. The absolute best damn auto shop ever.
Let's face it: female + car problems + auto shop = disaster 9 times out of 10. I have never liked having to go to the auto shop. Just the way it is.
Having said that, thanks to the Yelp reviews, I decided to check out Prudence Car Care for my Honda Fit that was making some unsettling noises. You Yelpers were right on the money.

I have been going to these guys for years, and they have always done me right. I love Honda's, and the main reason I will buy another one is because I have actually found an honest repair shop that specializes in them. Like a previous poster, I had a recall defect on my Civic, which the dealership fixed for free. I would have been unaware of this if Prudence hadn't pointed it out. They could have charged me full price to repair, and I would never have know the difference. Love them.

These guys are great. They have been honest with me every time... even sending work to the dealer (that was part of an recall I was unaware of) instead of taking my money... like other shops offered to do. The price they quote is the price you pay (or less) never more. To top it all off they are fast and really know their Honda's!
