Needed a wash after a trip to Tahoe. Originally got a quote over the phone for $50 that was upped to $75—not a huge deal given the car was pretty dirty.
Would have expected better attention to detail for the price though. Noticed a bunch of water stains and areas that weren’t dried on the drive home.

At first, I was a bit skeptical because the pricing is somewhat on the high side and the whole concept of parting with my car in the middle of a city was a bit unusual to me. But they returned it on the minute they promised, with a very good service, helpful advice and ultimately a reasonable price for SF and the service.

This place is good if my car isn't too dirty. It leaves a lot of "brushed over" dirty spots. Plus if I have anything other Than a regular weeks worth of dust/dirt on my car their wash won't cut it. Even the most expensive one.
If you stay on top of your car washes, they have a good set up here. Line moves and they have Strong vacuums! That can be hard to find around here!

Im so happy that our neighborhood finally has a great detail shop to take my car to and they offer more than just detailing!!!!! This business has changed names now it's called Anchor Detailing (415) 772-9833. What a great place to get your vehicle washed and detailed. Very friendly staff. They also offer other automotive services besides car washes and detailing such as collision repair,wheel repair and paintless ding and dent removal. The quality of their work is beyond my satisfaction. Give them a try !!!!!

My car is a little long in the tooth.... I had no idea it could be SO clean, in and out. I had purchased seat covers because they had some stains that I thought would never come out. Well, I don't have to use them anymore because the seats look new again!!! I smile everytime I walk to and look at my car. Rolando and his team did an absolutely AWESOME job on my car!! It sounds dorky....but I'm so happy to have a clean car.

I borrowed a friend's DISGUSTINGLY filthy Subaru. It was so bad I could not ride with the windows up. I don't think they had ever had the car cleaned inside or out - my friend is not a clean person and practically lives in his car. And they have a long-haired dog that always seems to be wet and dirty and shedding profusely. They also have two kids who seem to eat 3 meals a day in that stink pit.

They picked up and dropped off my car (I work in the SoMa area) and they did a great job. I got the Stage 4 Package which was included the car wash with clay bar and polish, complete interior and exterior detail, as well as wheels. The only thing I didn't get was the engine detail, which was difference between Stage 4 and Stage 5.
Anyhow, they were very detailed and even got rid of some paint overspray on my windshield I wasn't even aware of. The employees were very professional and courteous. They gave me some recommendations on what I could do to better upkeep the beautiful glossy
