Not the place if you're looking for a quick and reliable wash. I wouldn't recommend this car wash if you don't have 1-1.5 hours set aside for a regular wash. The guys who work there are kind and respectful, but things don't move fast enough. I called ahead to confirm they could take me, and was told when I arrive I'd be in and out in 30 minutes. My car wasn't even looked at within the first 30 minutes of it being there. The people I was sitting with shared that they had been there over an hour for a regular wash, which is when I gave up for a third time, and head out

After waiting 3 hours for it to be completed and getting sprayed multiple times from the waiting area, I looked at my car afterwards and they did a pretty bad job. They were quite busy so I wonder if it was an understaffing issue but I will not be coming back again

I cannot recommend this spot enough! I have a 100 lb husky German shepherd that sheds like no other - they managed to get every single hair out of the back! The workers are super hardworking and incredibly nice. I had a time crunch and they were very accommodating, even though they were super busy! I had a Groupon, even though their pricing is already a great value, and they still treated me as a full paying customer. Their hours do vary, so be sure to call ahead to check!

Price was equivalent to most places with a large SUV but the wash was meh. Had to ask them to vacuum and the windows were still a little dirty.

Call in to make appointments, otherwise, you might be waiting to get your car treated and at the mercy of whether they accommodate you due to the amount of staff. My car has long been over due for interior washing and finally got the chance and time to bring it for washing.

The spot is a once gas station and now converted into a car wash area seemingly. It's great to utilize spaces like these instead of having a vacant place not doing anything!

It took me a second drive by to realize they had the hand wash behind the self service car wash.

I'm not really a car person. I'm lucky that I have a car for Costco trips and schlepping to the laundry mat. A family member is visiting so I decided I should probably get some of the fur out of the ol' Honda. I pulled up here after reading the reviews. The man in the button down was honest that it would take an hour, maybe more. I was impressed by how careful all of the staff were in cleaning my car. They treated my car like someone cares about it and spent they hard earned money trying to earn it, which I did. Efficient, honest, hard working folks. Maybe I'll get my car washed

My car was brought in at 11am for an interior detail and they told me it would take 2-3 hours. 5 hours later with no warning about the extra wait time, I got a car with wet seats and was told to run the heat for 30 minutes to dry them. They did a great job - Just plan to give them extra time & call yourself if you need an update.

Ok, so these guys did as good a job as one can expect from a quicky car wash. The problem was that the job was not quick at all. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took one and a half hours! There were just three guys working, I repeat, just three, so no matter how hard they tried, and they did, the line of cars just kept growing. Peoples Car Wash needs to hire more people.

Great location to wash and detail your car. I ran over a dead dear on my way to Seattle Washington two days ago. They cleaned the dried up blood/guts off my bumper and the bottom of my car in no time!!!! Highly recommend this spot!!! Great prices too, and professional and friendly staff.

Had my car done inside out, a bottle of barefoot exploded took it too a new car wash look brand new on the inside. I will be taking my car as long as I own it.very polite very mannerable and in-and-out. No extra breaks straight professional thank you

Brought my car in at 11:30am. Car wasn’t ready for pick up until 3:30. When I asked for the manager to call me when it was ready, he refused.
When I went to pick my car up, he told me that the cleaning would cost $65 instead of the $30 he originally told me when I dropped the car off.
I inspected my car, and after pointing out dirt that was still on my seats, and smudges on the exterior of the car, he still insisted the wash would cost $65. Needless to say I only gave him $30 and drove off with a half clean car.
Long waits, bad service, bad quality wash. You’re better off going somewhere

But the most important question is this: do they do a good job?
I brought in my exotic soft top this morning, which cannot really be cleaned with a machine of any kind. I was nervous. I shouldn't have been. The manager was super attentive. Great people, but it takes way too long! First time my car wash took 1hr and 20min...
I reluctantly went a second time because it seemed like there were no other full service car washes in the way bay, I waited 30min and they hadn’t even started on my car (and there was hardly any other cars there), so I decided to take my car and find another place to go!

Great place to come to if you want to wash your car on your own. They also have a automatic machine for those who just wants to drive through.

Good value and easy to use. I wouldn't recommend using the brush as it'll scratch the paint.

Think I just found my new go to car wash spot! Prices are fair and the workers do a great job at cleaning your car. Would definitely recommend giving them a try!!!

Fraud.

I booked an appointment for 4 pm on their website to have my car cleaned. I noticed the day of at around 3:30 pm that this place closed at 4 pm, so I immediately called. They told me that they did in fact close at 4 pm, but said if I arrived before 4, I would be able to get it washed that day. So I hurried over and got there 5-10 minutes before close and the gates were closed, so I could not get in. I submitted a dispute through my credit card, since I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone that day once I noticed the gates were closed. A few weeks later, they are fighting it and

I bought a Interior and Exterior Detailing Packages.
1) They didn't take appointments because they say they're not busy. Arrived at 1:15 done at 4:20 on a Tuesday [this was a long time to wait. appointment would have been great]
2) They did not clean the truck bed [I have a topper and i understand that it wasn't written in the details - so that's on me]
3) They didn't clean the back window between the topper [hoping it was easy for them cause I can't be the only truck with a topper]
4) They didn't honor the car exterior hand wax!!!!

This review is long overdue! I've been coming here time & time again to get my car wash & interior & exterior detailed. I came with a Groupon last time & was greeted very quickly. There was a small waiting area; chairs were spaced away from each other & there were social distancing signs around. The whole process took about an hour, but I will definitely be back again because Peoples Car Wash always does such an amazing job for its value!

During a recent trip to the Bay Area, my car was in desperate need of a wash. I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and saw that Peoples Car Wash had some great reviews. I visited during a late weekday morning and saw that there was not much of a wait. The prices seemed reasonable, and after getting an estimate of how much time it would take (~1 hour), I decided to give Peoples Car Wash a try.

Overall, I thought they did a thorough job. I got the most basic wash service, and both the exterior and interior were well cleaned. There's a small waiting area with seats, and the employees were friendly

Got a Groupon for this. Didn't have too high expectations, just wanted a decent job on the interior. I hinted to them that I'll be willing to tip (which I did on the full amount), just to make sure they'll put in some extra effort if necessary and don't go easy on it because it's a Groupon and all that. Unfortunately, to no avail. Some areas were just ignored, there was garbage stuck in the back seat armrest, sand left in the trunk, etc. Also, the car was ready 1 hr later than they told us.
"Detail" as the description of this service is probably not accurate, let alone "premium". I'd rather pay

I love People's Car Wash! I've been a royal customer ever since they were charging $20 for interior and exterior clean. The folks here are super friendly! They're fast, but they are human and they take their time with your car... it always takes me about 45-1.5hrs here on a weekday morning/ early afternoon. I don't normally mind it as I will bring a book or some work with me and sit in their shaded outdoor seating while I wait.

2/22: they now charge $30 for their basic interior and exterior cleaning. This includes interior and trunk vacuum. This is a great price if you ask
