I recently just moved here from out of state and the Helix staff have been nothing but helpful thus far. I leased everything site unseen which you could imagine how scary this could be however this was an excellent choice in a new home. This community is close to all local shops and restaurants which is a huge bonus for me. 5 stars for Helix!

I’ve lived here since The Helix opened in August of 2020. A big thing for me is cleanliness and thus far they have set the bar as compared to other communities that I’ve lived in. Normally a complex starts off great when they’re new and cleanliness declines after a short while. Not here, from vacuuming the hallways to keeping the gym and the club rooms spotless is a huge plus for me. The manager (Laura) is very helpful and is a huge part of why I still call The Helix home. Managing a community is one thing, but doing it with a smile, being helpful, and personable is something totally different
