Miracle manor management is not professional, they don't do payment plans and they raise rent and throw late fees just for a studio apartment. Maintenance is lazzzzzyyyyy, and not responsive answering there phone lines and when asked to fix something they just do something that will take 5 mines and leave, it's back broken a day later. Example are in photos.
Think about this , 545 for a studio apartment, 100 late fee, 350 for three months for pet fee and 50 a month after. We pay our own electric , yet went from 545 plus late fees because of job payment set up( meaning I get paid every week on

I’ve lived at Miracle Manor for 7 years. I cannot say enough about the office staff both Stephanie and Julie are ALWAYS readily available to assist with any questions and or concerns. Chuck who is the Supervisor for maintenance has come to my rescue in time of need on a couple of occasions and always arrives with a steady smile. Miracle Manor is a great place to live.

Great apartments with even better staff! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and never makes you feel like you’re a bother. Maintenance team is amazing and truly fixes things! They come immediately after you call for them instead of making you wait weeks like other apartments. Grounds are always maintained and kept looking as nice as possible! They have pest control that comes often to check in and make sure things are good which isn’t something you find often at all. Overall a quality place to live.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for around 6 1/2 years now and plan to for many more, goodness willing. I’ve never had any major incidents and the few times I’ve had either a leaking sink or a backed up toilet or bath tub, the issue was always resolved in less than a day. I know other people have issues at many other apartment complexes, but I seem to have gotten lucky here. Hallways are clean, little to no noise, good parking, lines of communication always open, all very nice, all very friendly and neighbors who look out for each other. I really can’t recommend this complex higher
