5 star service from start to finish! James is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Over the course of a month, James was able to renovate our property, show it, and rent it to a wonderful family. He helped us with design aesthetics, updating the property where it needed it, and keeping unnecessary costs down. We gave him our budget and the costs came back well below that number. I have been using Anchor West property management service my rental condo in San Clemente for two years now. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service, in fact, I am going to renew a new contract with them now. James is an no nonsense, very professional, smart, efficient, responsive, reliable and customer service oriented property manager. He always respond my texts, calls, or emails promptly. James Vanar of Anchor West Properties is a rare find. He is a wonderful property manager as well as a very sincere, hard-working, highly educated real estate professional. He took over management of a number of my rental properties in coastal Orange County and it has been smooth sailing since.
