Springhill Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve the Garland TX area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Oran Mark Carter, who is a licensed, experienced Garland veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. I have trusted my precious Cairn Terriers to Dr. Carter for 29 years. He and everyone who works with him are wonderful. They're so good with the animals and it's obvious they love working with them. Dr Carter and Dr Weiss are both thorough and knowledgeable and patient with your pet and their owners.

Dr. Carter and his staff are the best veterinarian experience I have ever had! They are the most caring people when it comes to the care of your beloved family pet! I recently had to put my Doxie to sleep and they made the experience much more comforting than past experiences we’ve had with this procedure! They will never fully know how much that meant to our family! We had Motie’s ashes the very next day and they sent us this touching card by mail! Thank you, Dr. Carter & Staff
