We have lived here for about a year, plan on extending our lease. They have a monthly news letter with what's new. We love their, almost monthly, socials this really gives us time to meet our neighbors and discover more about the town. Pool area is nice, very ambient, but there are so many other amenities that make the place well worth the money.
All rents include FREE water/sewer/trash/high-speed internet/expanded cable, and of course all of our wonderful amenities like, FREE tanning, FREE DVD rentals, FREE gift wrapping, FREE business center, FREE Wi-Fi at the pool and club house, and much more! Our apartments are all electric, so that would be the only thing you would need to pay for in addition to your rent.
We have lots of fun at Weaver Creek, but sometimes, as in this case, we have to get serious. We attract individuals who want to be a part of a community that is friendly, courteous and respectful. Our goal it to find a way to make you a part of our community, so if you have some bumps in your credit, just started a new job, or are starting a new life and you want it to be at Weaver Creek, let us find a way for you to be our new neighbor.

This place is amazing!! One of the best management staff I have ever worked with!! Would recommend this for anyone looking for their next home. Very safe and friendly. Gym is perfect and grounds are always clean

This apartment complex is in a great location, has incredible storage, and is nice inside.
The apartment we moved into was in rough condition during our move-in day, however. We had no screen door, were missing half a window screen, had to run drayno through the shower drains 3-5 times not to stand in puddles in the showers. There was melted, hot pink candle wax in some of the carpet and the floor was just dirty.
Happy here, but it was a bummer to have to clean an apartment while moving out, and then immediately have to clean and fix up another apartment into which we were moving.

I drive for doordash, and delivery here is a nightmare!!! Whoever lettered/numbered the apartment had no brains what so ever!!!! How you post 1!!!! Letter in the middle of the building and that's it!!! And then on top of that grow a damn tree right in front of apartment K!!! Again no brains!!! Whoever's bright idea to letter these apartments needs fired!

I have been at Weaver Creek for about 8 months and it has met all my expectations. The staff are friendly and willing to help any way they can. The complex is located on a hill in a quiet area and offers a view. Weaver Creek offers more bang for your buck than many other apartments in the Springfield area. The pool lights up at night and offers a neat view. I recommend living at Weaver Creek!

Weaver Creek is a great place to live. We have lived here for nearly 3 years. There are so many amenities, like the gym and pool, and events are happening each month in the clubhouse for residents. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is always there to help in a timely manner. The apartments are a great floorplan and fit all of our needs. The grounds are also very nice and it is a luxury to call Weaver Creek home.
