An absolute nightmare. Just like any of those new-age “luxury” apartments that are popping up everywhere, Out of Town was built cheaply and quickly, with unqualified, unresponsive, and rude management. You will hear EVERY SINGLE THING your neighbors are doing if you live here - the entire complex has paper thin walls, and you can hear your neighbors from every side, and even multiple apartments down. The management is wholly unhelpful in every regard, and downright disrespectful when they do decide to actually respond to an email. Wildly overpriced to boot. I cannot in good conscious go without

I have had a great experience, over the past two years, living in multiple properties managed by Metropolitan Holdings. Each unit has been clean, well maintained, and a great value in a safe neighborhood. If I continue to rent it will be with this company; I highly recommend their properties for anyone living in the Columbus, Ohio area. Additionally, they have a fantastic leasing/management team. Specifically, Lindsay Herrick has been a tremendous help and enjoyable to work with!

If you want to spend copious amounts of money to have the landlord charge you for every little thing; if you don't need service requests to come change the cheap light bulbs that are 22ft above the stairs; or if you want all of your friends to park at Kroger when they come over, this is the place you're looking for!
There are tons of cheaper places around. This is a place where the landlord isn't relatable and you're going to be paying on everything.

This was the worst leasing experience I have ever had. Management's communication was severely lacking and they failed to remedy situations in a timely fashion. Our A/C unit broke during the hottest period of the year and it took 17 days for it to be serviced and fixed. The apartment was 87 degrees on average during this time and was completely unlivable. We also had a leak over our dining room table and brought it to management's attention at least 3-4 times and submitted two work orders and it was never fixed, only painted over the discoloration spot on the ceiling. And to top it all off, management

I have lived in 3 different units within the last 5 years, and I've had a great experience the entire time I've been with this management company. Lindsay (property manager) was very good, but she just recently left the company. Schyuler is in charge of their maintenance team, and him and his team are absolutely amazing. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they have resolved the issue each time within 2-3 hours of me submitting the ticket. Their maintenance team and Schyuler are really what sets them apart from other rental properties simply because they take care of you if anything goes wrong
