Andy Willoughby is the consummate professional and a man of integrity. You could not choose a better person to represent your interests throughout the stressful process of selling your home. From the beginning, he worked within our comfort zone—if we were not ready to make a decision on a particular aspect of the process he gave us space, but when we were ready he was too. When there were questions, he was prepared with answers. He knew the local trades people and had a list of workers to call to complete many types of work a seller might need to prepare the property.

Talked to Andy several times over the course of of at least six months about the sale of the former family home. We were impressed with his knowledge of the market and his lack of a over the top unrealistic expectations. He was honest and factual. Unfortunately, we decided to try a discount internet based brokerage that was long on talk and short on results. After two months of no results, we went with Andy. A little over a month later, the house was in escrow. Our only regret was that we didn't go with Andy sooner. He did a great job for us and we recommend to anyone who wants a serious professional

Andy did a great job for us after spinning our wheels trying to use a discount brokerage that's heavily advertised on multiple media outlets.
