You share the entire property only with your hosts/owners Liz and Parker whom reside in the main house. Privacy and solitude is rare when it comes to Florida waterfront, yet this unique vacation property with 380 feet of shoreline and tropical landscaping has just that, with sweeping views of Sanibel Island and it's blinking lighthouse in the distance, you truly feel you have stepped onto a lush tropical paradise far away from the city.
Being that this is on the Intracoastal Waterway, you always see a parade of pleasure boats, luxury yachts, maritime travelers and commercial fishing vessels passing close by. The scenery is ever changing and always exciting, Manatee, Dolphin and numerous species of birds share the water. Watch Pelicans, Frigates, Terns, Osprey, Eagles and Cormorants soaring overhead or diving for their dinner just feet away as you lay poolside.

This harmless Bonnethead Shark swims by as I was filming some feeding stingrays. Though it looks like a Hammerhead, The Bonnethead is very shy and docile and rarely gets much bigger than 3-4 feet. We nicknamed this Dolphin Bubbles, though this was not at the Sunset Pier it was only a short distance away by boat.
