Select Vacation Properties is a full service vacation rental agency. SVP is Located on the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. The company was started in 2006 by Colleen Anderson. We have been in business at the same location in Bailey's Center, at 2449 Periwinkle Way for more than a decade.
When it comes to great beach vacations, our mission is simple; provide the best possible vacation accommodation experience to all of our guests. To this end, every decision we make is developed with the customer experience in mind. Select Vacation Properties Are The Best. We just spent ten days at Island Beach Club (P3B) it was perfect. The water was amazing the weather was beautiful the entire time we were there. Our condo was clean and very nice. Found so many beautiful shells and my two babies (dogs) had a blast. Patience Chris and Linda were so helpful and went out of… their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. A special thanks to Chris for the beautiful shells you saved for me. Our vacation was perfect in every way. Looking forward to next year already. Again thank you guys for making our vacation a ten plus
