David S. Stein, the principal attorney, earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating with honors. Attorney Stein obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the prestigious George Washington National Law Center, active in the academic AIPLA Journal and graduating at the top of his class.
The DC Comprehensive Impaired Driving Act of 2012 essentially doubled the minimum sentences applicable to all drinking and driving statutes imposing and enforcing the toughest penalties compared with most other jurisdictions. When the person's alcohol concentration (BAC) at the time of testing is 0.08 grams or more either per 100 milliliters of blood or per 210 liters of breath or is 0.10 grams or more per 100 milliliters of urine;.
Driving while intoxicated, and the highest level of alcohol related charges, generally BAC (blood alcohol level of 0.08 or more). Driving while impaired, the middle range charge corresponding with BAC levels between 0.05-0.08. Operating or being in physical control of a vehicle when ability to operate is visibly compromised, generally BAC of 0.05 or less.

David did an amazing job handling my custody situation. It was a bit of an unusual case and involved an out of state family member.
