Services
We believe that Community Association Management is about relationships as much as it is about budgets, buildings, landscapes, parking and pets. Relationships are built through strong communication and excellent customer service. We consider ourselves a partner in Community Management, with Leadership and Community Members.
Whether your community needs a lot or a little, we can find a way to help balancing your needs with your budget. Although the regular and routine services are the same, each Association comes with its own set of challenges and demands. We want to help you tackle those reasonably and responsibly. As we learn more about what you are facing, we can develop a Management Proposal and then adopt a plan to tackle them all.
Sellers, Agents and Title/Escrow Professionals will be able to create or log in to an account and order Escrow Demands, Statements of Accounts, Resale Certificates, Lender Questionnaires, etc. Once logged in, search by community name or address to obtain a directory of available products. We process these requests at our earliest opportunity.
Please refer to a statement, payment coupon, recent mailer or contact us to obtain your 'Association ID' and 'Unit Account ID Number'. Billing Statements will have pre-printed mailing addresses showing a Las Vegas PO Box. This is a lockbox payment facility for the Association's bank. Payments are processed every business day and deposited directly into the associations operating bank account.

Nestled in Orting is a wonderful place called Majestic View Estates. People here are absoulity amazing. Always reaching out to thier fellow neighbors for helping out anyway they can. Always at the ready with a smile and Hello! Pride of ownership shows everywhere at MVE. Management is spot on. Mallory is always quick to respond with any concerns. We moved in less than a year ago, but feel like it was home on day one.

Maike is very professional in every aspect when doing her drive throughs of the neighborhood area. Always takes time to talk with those who see her. Very quick in response to matters that occur in the neighborhood. The group as a whole really has the best interest in mind for the community as for what we need and always shares and discuses matters with the board as prompt as possible. Very professional organization and would refer them if the opportunity presented itself.
