The employees at A2Z were instrumental in my recovery from major surgery. I was scheduled for surgery on a Wednesday and they didn't get the order until sometime on Monday. They were able to pull everything I needed for a safe and speedy recovery in just one day. They were so proactive with both the doctors office and insurance to get it done. A to Z has been my preferred medical equipment supplier since my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I needed a hospital bed immediately and they delivered it the same afternoon. When my husband needed longer rails, they were there the next day at no charge, and the same when he needed a different Hoyer Lift Part. They are more expensive than Amazon, but I like supporting local businesses, and they have stood by their products.

This business is not reachable.They keep sending bills to my deceased mother that have already been paid by the insurance company. I called insurance company directly to discuss. Said maybe their payment had not been posted yet by company ... well that was 2 months ago and bills keep coming!!!! I called 3 times today and 2 times yesterday. No calls returned as of yet! There is a number on the bill that is not in service... if that is an indication of anything! If I could rate with a zero i would ...

OMG. I can't stand dealing with this company. Apparently the Valley Medical Supply store in Derby, CT is affiliated with A2Z. I went in there with a prescriptions for two wrist braces for carpal tunnel from my doctor. The sales person there told met they don't have any in my size and made a copy of my insurance card. She told me she would call me back the next day. Three days went by and no call. I finally called her on a Friday afternoon. She was so rude, told me these things take time and that I shouldn't expect to get approval for the insurance for at least 4-6 weeks. She never

Alexander was extremely rude on the phone on two occasions. She was not willing to help resolve a problem my client was having with a product purchased at the store. Customer service training is needed or find someone else to answer the phones. I will not recommend this store to my clients.
