Poor delivery and pick up service.
Warehouse and main office do not communicate well.
They said they left me a message about picking up a chair and it was simply just not left. Just overall Another company with poor customer service......
Kind of rude as well

Called at 330pm and asked about a device. Said we were on our way and now they are closed. There answering service answered said they have been closed since 230pm. Then who answered??? Also their office hours state they are opened till 5pm.

Spoke with a lady named Robin a couple days ago. She was nothing but unprofessional and rude but I probably should’ve guessed that from reading the other reviews. I am not sure how they stay in business when they treat their customers the way they do. I will not purchase from there.

Went here for diapers for my handicap daughter. Everything seemed great. Got delivery to my house on the 11th which I am allotted 6 diapers a day for 30 day supply. Next month diapers didn’t show. They said they are back ordered and would get to me on the 22nd. 11 days after my 30 day supply. They said every month there after on the 22nd my supply will be delivered. I asked what they would do for the 11 days I was without the delivery and without the diapers I should of had. They said nothing.. as long as I get a delivery for the “month” that’s all they are concerned about. Very rude on
