I would recommend NBMS because they care about the end user and they offer a wide variety of DME supplies. I was fortunate enough to work there for 4 years and in those 4 years amazing things happened! NBMS rocks and the customer service reps are amazing and so the very best that they can! So make sure you call the office directly for your supplies!
Joe Paladino on the other hand is a liar, mean spirited & makes empty promises. After 4 years of countless hours and amazing growth Joe made promises that he didn’t keep, shame on me for trusting his words. I don’t recommend you work with Joe Paladino

Don’t listen to those negative reviews. My family’s company is one of the best urology companies in Connecticut. They would NEVER treat ANY customer badly or give them a reason for a one-star review. They treat all customers like family and with as much respect and kindness as they can. They’d never make fun of any patient and in fact I’d never heard them once make derogatory or negative remarks of any patient!! Those bad reviews ridiculous! I think they do well more of an exceptional job. Period.

Wonderful company! We tried working with Comfort Medical for catheter supplies and it was terrible. They tried to charge $5,040 and make like they were not in network with our insurance company. In fact they were in network and were ultimately paid the contracted price of $940! Next time we ordered we waited 2 weeks and never got the catheters. They admitted our order was never processed and again tried to say they were not in network with our insurance which was a total lie. We called New Britain Medical Supplies LLC and they were very accommodating and sent the supplies right way. I love supporting
