All new clients receive a FREE initial health assessment, trial workout, program design, and home gym consultation. A total body workout will be provided to evaluate your overall movement, flexibility, strength, and conditioning. Personalized in-home training designed around your goals. Learn all about the importance of stretching, form and how both attribute to improved posture, flexibility, endurance and strength.
The types of training routines Kevin has you on are an important factor in achieving your personal fitness goals but having the proper equipment in your home gym with which to do them is just as vital. Kevin will teach you how to properly use and integrate these pieces of equipment in your exercise routines.
Your health, above all things, is paramount. My personal goal since 1999 has been helping my clients reach their optimum health. They shared their frustrations of being intimated by large big-box gyms, complicated equipment and impersonal trainers. They were further de-motivated waiting for equipment, being packed into classes and customizing their schedules around workouts to avoid the crowds.

I've been working out in my home with Kevin two days per week for 15 years and he is the reason I'm arguably in the best shape of my life at 56 years of age. Kevin has been my personal trainer since 2004 and his training regimen works great for me. He comes to my home and we workout in the basement or outside in fair weather. I’ve stuck with it for so long because it’s super convenient and very effective. 1 hr. workout 2 or 3x / week, depending on my work travel, and I’m in great shape. Thanks Kevin!
