Honestly an awful place to live outside of a decently cared for landscape. Horribly outdated inside the apartment and anytime a 30 a year old appliance breaks down expect it to be replaced with an even older appliance kept in storage for just this reason. The leasing agents don’t care about you or your family and only care about charging you fees anytime they are presented the opportunity. If you’re a pet owner be extremely cautious. We adopted a German Shepard puppy and after it grew up and lived there for two years and being a part of our family, one of their shady maintenance men reported

I’m getting ready to move out after only a year and the only positive experience I’ve had has been friendly maintenance. However because our apartment was going to be renovated they did a ton of awful temporary fixes. Our toilet, fridge and pipes broke. There were multiple leaks that soaked our carpet and to top it off we have unbelievably loud upstairs neighbors that they have done absolutely nothing about. They up rent even though nothing has been done to improve the apartment itself and damaged our flooring when replacing the dish washer. Electricity is absolutely absurd and the washers

Meadow Park is the best value in Bloomington. Community is older and apartments are cozy, but it's well kept and clean. Office staff is incredibly helpful and always friendly. Both Lance and Deangelo are professional and courteous. Henry has been great taking care of any maintenance issues we've had. Love how quiet the community is, how well kept the grounds are, and that it's very dog friendly.

I have visited Meadow Park for the last year staying a weekend here and there when in town. I love the location and greenery. Very quiet with it being so close to mall, stadium and campus. Apartment is spacious for 2bedroom, 1 bath. Really pet friendly. When I'm done traveling for work, I will be looking to rent from Meadow Park. I've spoken to a maintenance guy named Ross who was really friendly and place has a good vibe.

I lived here for two years and I had a great experience. The apartments are not glamorous by any means (not an issue for me), but they are clean and comfortable and a good price. The grounds and neighborhood are great, especially if you are a dog owner like me (lots of grassy areas, a nice neighborhood to walk in, and other friendly dogs around who are always happy to play!). The people who live here are super friendly, as is the office staff. DAngelo in particular has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The only downside to living here

Leaving here after about two years here. The staff has always been friendly to me and I like the location of the complex to the university and to stores and shopping. I've met a lot of good people and my dog has made several friends as well! The only downsides: laundry is on-site and not in-unit, which isn't the biggest deal, and that when my husband and I told the office that we bought a house, we were charged a 3 months rent breakage penality of around $2400 to end our lease early. Other than that, this has been a great experience.

I have truly enjoyed living in Meadow Park. From the first time I was in the office, the staff have called me by name and have addressed all of my needs. The maintenance staff respond quickly to my requests and conduct themselves in a professional manner. I planned on only doing a short term lease to purchase a home here in Bloomington, however I have been so pleased I will renew my lease for a longer term. I feel my rent goes into improving the property. Since I have been here the outside doors and railings have been painted, new outdoor lighting has been installed and various landscaping improvements

Since the last landlord retired, I wasn't very happy. She was much more understanding and willing to work with me. The maintenance people nitpick and exaggerate over everything. My heat and air conditioning broke and had to be replaced multiple times a year. They also nickel and dime you for E V E R Y T H I N G .

We just signed a lease with Meadow Park Apartments. The staff were all really responsive and answered our bajillion questions without being annoyed. We decided we wanted to stay and picked out an apartment in which the previous tenant was supposed to move out in time for us to have the apartment by August 10th. That was a late move in for us, and would have made the gap between our previous lease and the lease at Meadow Park pretty long.
