How can the rewards a person with bad attitude with the residents, a person who don’t have empathy, in the pandemic implemented his laws and breaking the State Rules….. A person who is racist and made preference for some residents make the life of the rest difficult….. I repot the situation to PLK and never have a response;………..! ECHELON a beautiful place but uncomfortable place to live since AMBER IS THERE.

This place is overrated. I have a family member who moved in a couple of years ago. We communicate almost daily and I have also witnessed first hand the negative aspects of Echelon. They mention that they are “luxury” apartments, however upon moving in there were lots of fixtures and appliances that weren’t properly mounted and had plenty of loose screws/bolts. The walls are built thin so that you can hear noise all around you. The noise is very noticeable in the summer from everyone who parties by the pool.

My husband and I have lived at the Echelon apartments for a little over a year. We relocated to Cincinnati for our careers, and the Echelon team welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family.
The women managing the office are so incredibly nice! They take the time to learn each resident by name, and to regularly check in to make sure all is well.
Whenever we have had a maintenance issue it has always been addressed the same day by the incredible on campus team.
Don’t even get me started on the pool… trust me, it’s just as refreshing and relaxing as it looks!

I moved into this apartment in July of this year. I absolutely love it. Amber the property manager is caring and always willing to help! I've not had any problems since moving but I feel if I did they would be handled in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend moving here for any business professional or family.

If there was confirmed availability for a unit before/during October, without uncertainty, I would have taken it. Avalon at the Pointe had some confirmed availability with units for mid-October that ultimately led to me going with them. Amanda was absolutely fantastic and I am glad I decided to check the place out!

Hello......I live at Echelon Luxury Apts. I just made the move from 2nd floor 1 bedroom to 4th floor 2 bedroom. I absolutely love this place. It's like living at your own resort, with a courtyard that's breath taking ! The staff is very efficient and helpful with any request and maintenance takes care of any issues promptly. There are so many extras here at Echelon, including an elevator, storage units, pool, grills, secure package delivery and more.

My girlfriend and I have been here since the beginning of the year after moving over from Indianapolis, IN.. We've thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Amber and Audrey are both always nice in the front office, they respond to emails quickly and are always willing to help when needed. Before we moved over, Amber and Audrey allowed the internet company to go into my apartment to install services before we came over, which I thought was a huge convenience. The maintenance crew is helpful and always get things done quickly. The building is very well kept up with. The pool is a great touch to the environment

We had a fabulous experience living at Echelon for two years. If we didn't need to move for work, we wouldn't have. We can't say enough great things about the staff. They sincerely cared about us and took care of everything promptly whenever we needed repairs or help. They were always so kind and greeted us with a smile. They always had treats for our pups, and one of the staff even gave us a maze bowl for our puppy who ate too fast when he was little. They truly care about their residents and want to ensure everyone has a positive living experience. We just can't say enough good things about them

We absolutely love our apartment! It’s peaceful, secure, pet friendly, and the entire pool area is an oasis. The staff is attentive, courteous, and professional. They know our dog’s name and when you walk in the door to the spacious lobby, it not only is clean, but so inviting. Having been homeowners for all of our 37 year marriage except our very… first year, we were a bit apprehensive about moving back into an apartment. Yet, moving into Echelon has totally removed our fears. We are very happy with our choice and give them 5 Stars without hesitation.

My experience living at Echelon was AMAZING! First, the apartment was so well made. Gorgeous finishes. Second, the staff is INCREDIBLE! That may be my favorite part. They were always so attentive to any needs. Maintenance is amazing. And they’re so incredibly nice. Great amenities with pool, gym, common area, etc. highly recommend!

We love our home at Echelon. This is a review based on living here for one year. The property is well maintained. Any maintenance issue is address promptly. The customer service is excellent. This property is in a great location. Easy access to shopping , entertainment and highway transportation. We have no complaints and enjoy calling Echelon our home.

I loved my apartment 4th Floor best apartment location! Poor quality inside! Management changes to the worse. Not pick and micromanage residents. No events as promised except the ones I provided with few exceptions. Pool did not open early as promised salt water... coffee bar wit no cups for guests... they locked them up including water for… residents if they were not touring. Garbage is nasty and gets locked up so you can’t use the convenience. There is more... I paid $1500 a month and endured high a/c in winter because they do not heat there halls. Triple the heat then a/c in summer
