Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located just west of Chandler Regional Medical Center and South Dobson Road. We feature 120 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Today I get a call from my parishioner that he had diarrhea made a mess in the bed they came and changed it asked him to sit in the chair, that was three hours ago.....they still haven't made the bed...and he is still sitting in the chair...Now tell me does this seem like appropriate behavior for a "care" facility, I can see because of the work load, a half hour maybe even an hour is excusable but 3?? You have serious serious problems at this facility, maybe you should get some volunteers to help?

I'm so grateful my mother was sent to this facility. She made a quick recovery and I wholeheartedly believe it's due to the attentiveness and caring of the staff here. Please don’t not take yourself or a family member here. This place forgot my family members medication multiple times. They fell out of the bed 2 times and it took hours to pick them up. The second time they had to lay in their own feces for 2 hours. I understand that place are at capacity but if you can’t care for your patients then why do you accept more.

I’m a Disabled Medical First Responder who was sent here post Hospitalization for 8 days. I was told it was a decent place. I was only there for 2 day’s. In which I was very happy with that brief , short stay.
Why, you ask? First off I was able to meet with DR Perez and the case manager to go over my health issues, ailments. Not only did they listen, ( I have an extreme rare Significant Neurological , multi system problems in which I am chronic care managed, and awaiting Palliative care( not hospice) and I’m seen by multiple Providers, Specialists, etc. Post multi level lumbar spinal fusion

This place is horrible do not take your love ones there. I took my sister there and she went totally downhill. After ringing for the nurse to go to the bathroom it would take up to two hours before they would get her up. She developed a large bedsore there that has turned in a Kennedy ulcer. When they transferred her out they didn’t even put the bedsore down on her transfer report. It wasn’t until she got to a care home that we were informed of the huge bedsore. They are understaffed and uncaring.

I can’t put into words how great a place this is! The staff are so amazing, caring, and welcoming towards everybody. I really appreciated all the time that each member of the staff took to help me. I can honestly say that I am in a much better spot now than I have ever been because of this facility. It was clean, well organized, and a place that I am grateful for. #thankyou
