Services
At Prime Direct Health, patients are billed directly, which means they pay a monthly membership fee and receive a variety of benefits unheard of at traditional care practices. Patients receive unlimited doctor access, extended and relaxed visits, and several labs and procedures at no extra cost. We offer high-quality care - no insurance, no co-pays, no long wait times, and no worries.
We offer transparent pricing. There is a one-time registration fee of $50 per person or $100 per family. After that, the price of membership is as below. All office visits and procedures are included with your membership, but if you need any lab testing, imaging, or medications, you will know the price ahead of time.
Lots of people ask why our providers don't see patients who are not members. The purpose of our practice is to be there for our patients when they are sick but also to help them be well for the long term. The membership gives us the opportunity to take calls and emails and spend time with our patients.
Do you take a lot of acid blockers for acid reflux? If so, read on, there might be a solution to your reflux that can help you use those pesky antacids less. Why worry about taking frequent acid blockers? Hi all, We have flu shots! The cost is $16.50 per shot. CVS is charging $40 for anyone using cash, but feel free to use insurance at the pharmacies if you have it.

For a huge number of Americans, direct primary care is THE answer to the insane quagmire of laws, lobbying, and useless insurance that plagues our healthcare system. Dr. Froese is responsive and helpful, and her rates are very reasonable. Give her a call if you're sick of being unable to effectively manage your own healthcare.

Five starts isn’t even enough for Dr. Ashley. I was looking for a doctor that would listen to me and offer alternative options. It’s exactly what I got. I know I can go to her last minute and she will make time for me, and I’m not just another chart on the wall. She’s a friend and she cares about me. There’s nothing better then that! She’s so quick to respond, easy to get appointments, she has prescriptions(antibiotics) on hand, SO AFFORDABLE, and she listens. Wow just wow.

ALL THE STARS. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Ashley Froese. LOVE the payment plan, and the service is amazing, she’s very communicative with her patients. I’ve even had a personal life-changing experience after started seeing her, and prescribing certain medications based on her recommendations. VERY knowledgeable, very reasonable, and a wonderful person and I feel extremely PRIVILEGED to be able to call myself, and now, my daughter as one of her patients

I started to see Dr. Ashley back in March 2020 after I had lost my health insurance. Without a doubt Dr. Ashley has been professional, Personable and has really turned my life around . Best Decision I have ever made. I had some medical issues and really needed a Doctor who would give me personal attentive care. 5 months later I have lost 38 pounds and no more medical issues. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Her office is also very organized , very comfortable and no long waits. Anytime I have questions I can also email Dr. Ashley or call and get an immediate response. Far exceeded my expectations

I LOVE the direct primary care model of healthcare, think everyone should do it, and was so happy to find Prime Direct Health specifically after moving to Gilbert from the east coast. Dr.Ashley is awesome and her practice is a huge asset to the community! She's kind, professional, and available. I feel really taken care of. Highly recommend!
